Although I accept the company's offer to credit my rebate to my account, the defense provided is inaccurate for I was redirected to the retail's store main website via Ebates' website through use of its "token". The purchase was made from the retail store's website and no third party was directly involved and no navigation from the store's website was performed. The retail store confirmed this was a direct sale with its company. Thus Ebates' mitigating factors are questionable. In any event, a credit will resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, I missed the deadline. At this point, I would just like to point out that it was not solved to my satisfaction (they simply said no). It appears to me as a victory for the ingenious layer: somewhere in their long terms and conditions, they are able not to pay my reward.
Additionally, the fact that they collected and kept my browser records is concerning.

Your orders should post automatically, but there are a few things that can keep them from being reported to us. If you use any security or ad blocking software you will need to ensure that they are not blocking the Ebates tracking tickets which are what we used to track your orders. Additionally, make sure you do not visit any other sites during your shopping trip or use coupons and discounts not found on Ebates. Doing so may give the credit for your order to another source.

Ebates owes me money and refuses to do any significant research to remedy the matter. I have the clickthrough tags so they don't need me to manually input the data - and even then, when I do, they don't even send me the correct money. They pretend they can't access the data but they can. I should not have to do all the work and when I have, it hasn't been successful many times.

Ebates does not have access to this information. The way it works is that we send a tracking code with you when you visit a site and the site then reports your order to us using that code. In this case, that did not occur so we have zero information about any orders you may have placed.

The ebates's referral program is FRAUD.
In the rule, they never disallow family referral, but when I referral my family member, they TERMINATION all of account (include family and friends) WITHOUT any notice. And I lost all of my eligible rebate money after that.
After contact customer services, they insult us, they said it is "high level fraud".
If disallow family referral, please notice us to remove these account and don't steal our eligible incoming.

My Paypal account was promptly credited, however, no explanation was provided as to why the pending payment was automatically rolled over. Thank you.

Ebates is a scam !!! Using ebates is waste of your time ! According to their policy, every customer can get 25$ after referring a friend to ebates and the friend can get 10$ welcome bonus as a new customer. So I referred my roommate [redacted] to the ebates, and then she bought some stuff such as diapers from Target through ebates. But They did not give me and my friend the bonus. After I contacted with their customer service, My friend and I got our bonus in our account. However, they removed the bonus from our account later!!! So, I contacted with them again but did not get any information or notice from them!!! I am so pissed. I just remind everyone who is seeing this comment that do not waste your time on this business. Ebates is a big big scam !!!

I have now sent 3 emails about the refer a friend issue. I have referred 2 people & they have made the $25- purchase & it shows my account is $0- & I have not gotten any reply back as to why my account is $0- in the first place because I have made purchases & now everything is gone & where is my refer a friend bonus for the two people on top of that?? I know one of my friends have sent a message also asking about her gift card and she has gotten no reply also.

I do not understand why they say that I have 30 accounts. I really do not have 30 accounts that would be insane. They did not tell me my account was deactivated until last month. I receive emails daily with offers and promotions which I clicked several times and a message telling me that I would receive 8 or 10 percent . Guess this was not true. Just one question if my account was deactivated why the links to get the rebates is still working? I just wanted my cash back.

I used the Ebate site which had a promo banner to click through to Dell.com where I purchased a computer. The purchase was for $649.99 and I was to get 6% cash back through Ebates. When I checked Ebates later in the day my shopping trip was gone. I have no problem with the smaller purchases showing up. I have been reading that numerous other people have also experienced the same problem with their larger purchases When I contacted customer support they said I must have made a mistake. They also said I had to click through Ebate's site a second time before I finished the purchase which is not true. I want the cash back I am entitled square and fair. I could have used a competitors site if I would have suspected their would be a problem with a larger purchase..

I enjoyed using Ebates for the first 3 months, now its time for my
'big fat check'. my account stated I would get $76.19 returned to me... I received an email from them that said, "YOU JUST GOT PAID. YOUR $51.19 IS ON THE WAY". if you do your math you will see its exactly $25 less than what I earned so I emailed customer service. a week later I received an email that said, "I am transferring your request to an agent in the appropriate department who will be better able to assist you in resolving this issue. They will contact you as soon as they have more information regarding your case. Your patience is greatly appreciated." They merely kept my $25. I still haven't received a response nor my check and from the reviews I have read here, I wont... when I get online to access my shopping trips they have been wiped clean... I agree with the other responses, they are thieves and I will not be using their services anymore unless this issue is resolved. if for whatever reason they fix their thieving mistake, I will update/leave a new review. as of right now they are a 0 in my book.

Ebates is a scam. Waste of time. I bought 75 in Samsung tv at dell[redacted] 11/25/16 for the price of 2,499.99 and receive it 12/01/16. The cash back on ebates was 12% at that day. After bunch of emails to ebates customer service, where I show all the proof regarding purchase shows same answer all the time, we will contact dell regarding that. When ebates should pay you big amount, forget it, they wouldn't do that.

I took advantage of Ebates' Tell a Friend promo for $75 and Ebates did not send my Big Fat Check on May 15th. When I emailed CS they didn't respond, I emailed them again and STILL no response to my inquiry.... and now my Ebates account is locked! I have already returned everything I purchased, asked my 9 friends who purchased from my link to return their purchases, and we've ALL sent emails to the CEO's of the company's we purchased from letting them no that Ebates does not share the commission nor follows through on their promos, and this is why we are returning the merchandise. Additionally we've exposed this fraud on ALL of our social media accounts. Today alone I received 365 Retweets, and my FB Page has an on-going thread. I posted a screen shot to my Pinterest account and have a small video on SnapChat cautioning ALL my friends and their friends to NOT USE EBATES.
Be Warned too!

I have been a customer with Ebates since 2007. I have always received prompt customer service and excellent communication feedback if there were any problems with my usuage of the site.
I highly recommended it to friends and family with positive feedback as well.
When there are complaints as I have read on the Revdex.com review site I take them into consideration immediately.
Since we are all human and no one is perfect we should realize that mistakes or errors will occur sometime and just go with the flow and fix the bumps in the road so that the path can be smooth.
