I would be more than happy to assist you with this matter. The issue here is that the cash back was reversed by Nordstrom. This is generally due to returns, exchanges or non-Ebates discounts being used. Could you please email me the receipt for this order showing the order number, order date and price breakdown showing product total, shipping, tax and method of payment? It can be sent to me at [redacted]@ebates.com.
Once received I will review and get back to you as soon as I can get an answer as to why our commission and your cash back were taken away by Nordstrom. Thank you!

there was no referral program abuse of any kind. I referred friends and neghibors in the same building, and they met the shopping requirements.

I explained to company before those were no my email address. Those are the emails of my referrals. I used my credit cards whePlacing the orders before For my frienda and family. I hung up the phone customer servicE person kept accusing me of owning all of the emails. I am a grown Adult, there is no reason for me to lie.It is a shame that a company acts this way to customers.

The rate offered at the time of your purchase was 16%. This % was displayed on our site. Your subtotal before taxes and fees was $59.93. You have been given cash back in the amount of $9.59 which is exactly 16%. So, the cash back you have been given is correct and no additional amount can be awarded.
Cash back is only earned on the subtotal. The amount you paid for a service charge and tax do not earn cash back.
Additionally, you appear to be confused as to what the daily double means. It means the rate of cash back has been double from what it was previously. Not that you earn the amount shown times two. Again, you have been given 16% cash back and no further amount is due to you. I apologize for any confusion.

As I advised then it's diffrent family members it's not my fault that me my dad cousin all have the same names and wheb I asked where in the policy it says we can't have the same name tey said that they don't have a policy in writing but they have it in there heads I guess

I signed up for ebates and I made purchases. I never received cash back or the $10 sign up bonus. It seems there is always some alibi for not giving cash back. In reality this appears to be yet another scam to track your purchasing patterns. It is actually pretty pathetic but I am more disappointed in myself for thinking I would magically get cash back on items that were already sold at a fair price. Save yourself the hassle and avoid ebates.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us. I apologize for the delay with your payment. It turns out some of the accounts listed as your referrals were created by the same user. This will definitely cause a delay with your payment. Each member is allowed one account and each member must create their own account and make their own purchases in order to participate in the referral program. Please keep in mind that this program is intended to drive new member sales to our merchant stores and not the same user(s) placing orders from different accounts.

they are liying. simply lying.
they were told everything and told that if they do not resolve they wil deal with Revdex.com.
this is fabricated.
they did notcredit me with purchases, most of them.
after I complained they sent me this. it's crazy.
these are empty accussations, consolidate accounts that are not mine.
they were paid by merchants but, refuse to pay out. the end, fraud.
my REPLY IS: pay what you owe, this is agitating. I called Revdex.com because the company gets away with this.use google. pay and close acct. there is ultimately no - non whatsoever evidence that their lies can be true. I am done.

This company is a scam. It advertises giving referral bonus, but took it away after my friend registered and made the purchase through their link. Very dishonest company and will never buy through their portal.
