There are 2 issues with this response. #1 I contacted your company once within the 10 day tial period and then once again after receiving the first monthly charge so twice before the November 29th call. #2 your response also failed to address the issue with the phone number associated with the charges you are making to my bank account is not a functional phone number for your company.

I received a email from My representative B**...

[redacted] at Edward Jones. He states the account closure fee has nothing to do with our relationship or for that matter me. These fees are generated automatically out of home office and are a part of the client account agreement you signed in 2003.  I contacted home office and they stated the account closing fee isn't a "negotiable" fee as it was agreed to in writing. I took over these accounts in 2010, several years after accounts were openThey have not provided the so called Agreement that, they said I signed. Please help me.The charged me $135.00 that they are NOT entitled to. They just took it out of my funds.
Sincerely,

Ms. [redacted],   We recently received your complaint #[redacted] from the Revdex.com regarding your Action Pro White Account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on June 25, 2016.   The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have an 10 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.  They also indicate that “you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $92.13 ten days from the date of your order processing for the product.”    These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.   Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $92.13 on July 5, 2016 and received one additional shipment at the same cost.   The first time we heard from you regarding the cancellation of your account was on August 6, 2016 when you canceled your account with a representative. We have issued you a return merchandise authorization number to return your shipment for a refund of the full product price. You were emailed return instructions on how to return your package.   We have received your package back and a refund of $92.13 has been issued to you.   Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.   Sincerely,   Chantel S[redacted] Action Pro White

I had seen Saturn Electric working on our school buildings and decided to contact them for a residential light installation and smoke detector replacements. Called on a Thursday morning. By the next morning, the employee professionally completed my requests in a timely manner. He was careful to clean the areas he worked in and discarded all trash. I would definitely recommend Saturn Electric for not only residential jobs but also commercial.
