[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: although I appreciate the offer of discounted walkway this walkway was not listed as being not included or included in the contractNowhere in the contract does it state anything about it and I have documentation to prove this and admitted from both the sales rep and project managerI would maybe understand if Ryan never used to include this in the homes in this neighborhood but a year or so ago I have neighbors behind me that all received this for freeIf something is not included it should state this clearly like for example the drivewayIt states it does not include with purchaseSome neighborhoods get a drivewayThe right thing to do is to cover this very small walkway for free and start putting it in the contract so everyone is awareI spent over 100k in upgrades and didn't expect to get walkway stones that are very cheap looking in front of my houseI would've either paid this or negotiated it in the price of the homeFor something so minuscule - 5'x2.5' rough size of a walkway it's not worth fighting overEspecially when Ryan homes admits it's nowhere in the contract Regards, [redacted]
