Signed up for services on 12/05/2016, Quality Control completed on 12/09/2016,Video completed on 12/12/2016, Control panel available on 12/13/2016, Search engine verification calls took place on 12/19/where a message was left for a return callA follow up call was placed on 12/20/where the customer stated that they were busy in a meeting and would return the callAn additional follow up call regarding the progress of the campaign and a walkthrough of the control panel took place on 12/22/ While we understand the customers frustrations our sole intention is to establish long term relationships with our customers by earning their trust from results. While we do not control the search engines themselves, we have a proven track record of increasing the exposure of our customers online business information with lower turnaround times than the industry average We ask that the customer give an account executive the opportunity to Identify the current challenges facing the campaign and the opportunity to address and correct any concerns that they may have. We have the ability to continue to increase the results and reach our mutual goals if we are able to continue with the required work

Our client signed agreement on 2/17/2014. Without any call or notice from the client, the client called in with his bank to cancel service. Per our terms and conditions, cancellations after the three days are not accepted unless there is a valid reason for cancellation. Uploading photos to our backend system is not a valid reason. We do believe the client has some responsibility to call us if he expecting us to call him during the set up process. Client was emailed several times prior to 03/06/
Here are the notes from our customer service department on 03/06/14:

We understand the customers concerns and reiterate that eGumball's services are proven and designed to allow for our clients to increase their online presence. The service highlighted by the customer is one of many monthly service inclusion included in the customers package. The citation development service is part of our ongoing services which are designed to manage business information online. It is not uncommon for business information online to require regular maintenance, as can be seen in the link provided initially by the client. We understand the clients position and request to publish the address *** *** ** * *** **. The client needs to understand that we optimize maps listings per search engine guidelines. If a search engine (Google) does not recognize a address we must either a) submit an address that is recognized by Google or b) create a service ticket with Google to review the address - manually. To say we are not doing anything is patently false. We are wiling to work with all of our clients

We believe we have done everything to satisfy our client, contractually and otherwise. We have sent several screen shots of our service to the client and to no avail - the customer continues to complain that we have not done anything. The client had multiple listings on multiple
accounts and continues to submit multiple business names in his local area. We have created several citations as contracted and the client refuses to acknowledge our service and Google filters
Please have our client contact our billing department for resolution

This company is a scam!
They promise front page listing on the search engines and yes we do get more calls, only problem is we are bombarded from calls from telemarketers trying to sell us stuff we don't want!
I asked that they return the $they stold from us monthly this month with their decietful business practices after they overdrew our account and not only didn't I get a response, but when I tried calling I got juggled from one dept to another
I would like the over thousand dollars they have stold from us returned
But more importantly, I want to notify other unsuspecting potential clients of theirs DO NOT HIRE THESE THEIVES

There has been NO attempts to contact ME (*** ***) I'm the only one who can sign for anything here. This company is BOGUS!!! Not legit at all. Bottom line is, I want a refund. I won't settle for anything less. I will not be run around by India people, it's a waste of my time. They need to stop running me around in circles

During the initial consultation prior to signup the customer had informed us that they were in the process of building a website through the Wix platform. Since the customer did not know when this site would be live, we had offered the customer a page microsite which would
give customer the necessary information. During the consultation examples of the site were shown along with a description of its capabilities. While the microsites are not full customizable they do offer a professional look and feel that allows customer to view products/ services, photos, contact and location information along with other options such as social media and videos. We offer this site for free to customers and our systems allows for quick and easy setup. While the microsite is a facet of our customer campaigns, it does not illustrate all of the capabilities of the service which has been provided. We have attached screenshots of rankings and traffic reports which show results and actions taken with the customers business listing. This report shows 5,600+ total searches by customer who found the listing by searching for a category, product, or service, phone calls through the listing, requests for driving directions, and 25, photo views all in the last days. While these results illustrate increases in traffic, we do not rest on our laurels. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our clients and while providing results is crucial to our success, our customer satisfaction is of the utmost concern. - I hired Egumball to correct my old business info but instead Egumball didn't do it Egumball submitted for different directories eGumball is currently managing citations which include both corrected and created citations. As part of the service, eGumball has an established process designed to increase a business trust score on ***.
- Not only that, I saw that Egumball didn't start the submitting process until late March but while I was being charged since 11/ The customer signed up for the service on 11/25/and the submission process started once the quality control stage was completed. Submission began on 12/16/ - They didn't even give me the login and password so I can go into those directories to update it myself when my subscription expired Upon cancellation, the customer has the right to claim any listings such as the *** ** *** listing - The other major problem with EGumball was they had used my personal email in those directories instead of ** *** email The customer confirmed the information on the service agreement and at the customer request this information was updated to a new email address
