our clients is to continue to increase the results and internet presence for our customers. While inaccurate information is a primary concern, we have many methods which increase the turnaround time for our customers and allow for a ROI to be realized while the process is underway. During the initial setup of the business, phone calls and emails are intended to outline the activation process and the control panel login information identifies the completion of the activation process. This access point allows you to control the microsite and the information which is viewed by potential customers.
We ask that the customer review the services with a customer service representative in order to understand the steps which have been completed and the expectations for the future. Client is essentially stating she had a verbal agreement with the salesrep to no draft payments or provide service beyond the specified timeframe of the signed contractShe did not return our phone call to
discuss the account and her request for a refund. If the client is not willing to discuss her account with one of our service team members then we have to rely on the terms and conditions of our agreement
Our terms and conditions clearly state that written cancellation is required. If we unilaterally cancelled files without a written cancellation it would be unsecure and potentially damaging to a clients advertising

The customer hired eGumball to increase the inline exposure of *** ***. During the phone consultation the customer was informed that we are eGumball and was taken to eGumball.com which outlines that we are not ***.
***. The customers claims that we represented ourselves as *** were discussed with the customer and his council and were proven to be false. The customer did state that he did not remember the initial conversations that took place regarding the service and for this reason we have attempted to discuss and outline the monthly service inclusions that are outlined in the customers agreement. The customer has received multiple emails, and phone calls, which coincide with the work that is completed and on multiple occasions the customer has contacted support staff for further explanations of the service. The customer did state that if we did not misrepresent ourselves that he would be willing to continue to work with us. We would like for the customer to contact their account executive at *** to further discuss the progress that has been made on the account

According to our terms and conditions (***), the person signing the contract is not only signing for this service, but also signing to state that they have the authority to sign for the serviceThe customer did receive the first month free, however, an initiation fee as well as the first month's installment are due to eGumball Incwhen the customer first signs the contractThe stafee is always requiredUnless the customer cancels in writing, they are automatically billed each month thereafterIf the customer would like to discuss this matter further, they may contact eGumball Incat *** ***

When I agreed to this purchase, I was very clear with them that I was taking over an existing business, and was assured that it would be no problem. It was not until I called and asked about the lack of change in rating that they mentioned difficulty with multiple businesses with same number. I was told that they would work on it and get it taken care of. After months of no change in ratings, it was my daughter ( , in Law School) who went online and took care of the other business that had been connected to the phone number. That was in September. If E Gumball is still unaware that those changes were made, then it is clear that they do NOT stay abreast of my account, of any activity, in short, they have neglected my account. As a new business owner, this is a significant amount of money that I could have used in a manner that actually was productive. This company has NOT delivered on their end of the contract, what changes have been made on Google were made by both myself and my daughter. My call to ask for a refund, or to end contract, was ineffective, the verbiage was very similar to that used in their reply letter to youThe unfamiliarity of my account alone speaks volume of the quality of work. This company continues to take money from me, without clear knowledge of my account status. Bottom line, they have not, and are not, upholding their end of the contract. I am not in a position to hire someone to break a contract, and I am not in the position of power here. They continue to take advantage of their positionBottom line, is that I agreed to pay for services that have not been rendered. This is a breach of contract on their end, and I am not out of order in my request for a full refund and dissolution of the contract. I thank you in advance for your attention to this*** *** **

The customer hired eGumball in order to improve their online presence and in order to do so eGumball must establish a foundation for the business online and increase the trust which the search engines have established for the business. The initial stages of the campaign are designed to
decrease the turnaround time and allow for our customers information to be obtained throughout the internet in a host of different ways. During the quality control process, separate address were uncovered which were associated with the business online. These inconsistencies not only cause a decrease in trust score ratings but also in potential customer feedback for the business. Upon hiring eGumball for services, all customers are presented with the terms of the agreement which outlines items such as the service term, business name, pricing, etc(example attached) This is to ensure that there are not any misunderstanding with the service prior to signup.
We have a proven track record of success which stems from our focus of ensuring a ROI for our customers. In order to promote the long term success of our customers we must follow *** requirements and increase the trust in order to do so

At no time did I say they were ***, I stated that they were partners with *** Which upon further research I have discovered that egumball is not partners with *** at all, so that right there is not true Also I spoke with *** *** who told me that he read a transcript of the conversation that I had with the sales person when I first signed up for the service I asked to see the transcript so that I could verify all the information that he was telling me and to make sure that nothing was left out, he declined to send me the transcript So now it is his word against mine The least he could do is send me the transcript of the conversation that I had with the sales person just so I can see that she indeed did not say it was month to month and that I could cancel at any time I feel like they are hiding something and not giving me all the facts

eGumball cannot guarantee specific search engine results or placement due to
the unpredictable nature and constant changes being made within search engine
algorithmsIt also states in our terms of service, as well as in the
contract
that once the contract is signed, the customer must see the contract through to
the end of termThis is a typical business practiceWe ask the customer to

During the initial consultation prior to signup the customer had informed us that they were in the process of building a website through the Wix platform. Since the customer did not know when this site would be live, we had offered the customer a page microsite which would
give customer the necessary information. During the consultation examples of the site were shown along with a description of its capabilities. While the microsites are not full customizable they do offer a professional look and feel that allows customer to view products/ services, photos, contact and location information along with other options such as social media and videos. We offer this site for free to customers and our systems allows for quick and easy setup. While the microsite is a facet of our customer campaigns, it does not illustrate all of the capabilities of the service which has been provided. We have attached screenshots of rankings and traffic reports which show results and actions taken with the customers business listing. This report shows 5,600+ total searches by customer who found the listing by searching for a category, product, or service, phone calls through the listing, requests for driving directions, and 25, photo views all in the last days. While these results illustrate increases in traffic, we do not rest on our laurels.
Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our clients and while providing results is crucial to our success, our customer satisfaction is of the utmost concern. We ask that the customer contact their Account Executive to review these results along with any other requests which they may have. information, but they instantly wanted to cancel our serviceIt is in our

"That is not trueThe other company was before them, and why would it take them four months to find out and be proactive about resolving my issues???? Is it not why I was paying them for??
I was very specific in my only reason for hiring them to work for me at the very beginningSince they claimed to be the best marketing advertiser in the world, I wanted to get client phone calls interested in my business within a couple of months, to which they stated that I should be getting those clients phone calls within that time, but never didNine months went by, and I still did not get any customers responses, and very dismal statistics resultsSo why would they be in business for?, Why would I hire an advertising company, If they failed to advertised for me? I urged them to go back to the recordings of the time I signed up, and they refused! As far as I am concern, their goal is misleading advertisement, with the premises that there are no guarantees of what they do" I also dealt with at least different account reps throughout the process, which led me to believe, that they had internal administration problems (I can provide the names of all of the people I worked withI even found out that some of them left the companyTheir business practices are very shady!

*** *** ***s signed up and agreed to the terms and conditionsin August 2013. The client requested a contract payoff in October without reason. We asked the client to send in their cancellation request alongside their balance pay-off (as requested). The client
would not go into detail as to the reason for their cancellation. In short, the payment was not received and after several attempts to resolve the cancellation, the client denied all of our attempts in communication. This resulted in the client being sent to our collection agency for recovery. The client needs to contact our collection agency for resolution

We are transparent in the fact that once a customer has
signed up with us, it takes up to a month to set up their account, including

and customer contract, eGumball cannot guarantee specific search engine results

Everytime I called with a complaint they would send me the same spreadsheet with numbers that don't mean anything Again we have No New clients from their "efforts" I am the one who contacted *** initially , not EGumballLastly, they never addressed refunding me or canceling my contractOnly to say I need to call one of their customer service repsI think that's bad business all the way aroundI didn't spend all this time contacting the Revdex.com to have them say just call us again ...
