I am an experience DIY handyman, but I know when to call in the professionals Apollo and Chris [redacted] fit the description to a "T"! When Chris arrived (and he arrived exactly when promised) with his helper Chris Q, they quickly diagnosed the issue and offered several possible solutions Chris J called the home base to see if someone could cover their next stop so they stay to work on my problem That did not work out, so we scheduled a return visit, at my convenience Chris J gave me a "worst case scenario" estimate, so I would not be surprised It was right about what I expected, based upon my own DIY experience Chris J also reviewed the Apollo Service Plan with my wife and myself and left the material to review at our leisure NO HARD SELL, just the facts and figuresWhen Chris J returned (again, right on time) for the rescheduled visit (without Chris Q, who was on another call); he double checked everything and as we discussed the options available, he came up a new one that did not require opening walls, or running new wires everywhere He was able to make the repair, to my complete satisfaction, for a sixth of the original estimate Chris was very courteous and friendly at all times I enjoyed and appreciated his banter and his expertise We will be using Apollo for many more home repairs, if everyone there is as top shelf as Chris

Apollo responded quickly, competently and affordably

Called Apollo for a backed up main sewer line They came out at almost 1am to fix the problem Adam H [redacted] was the tech that showed up from Apollo He was very friendly and was quick at getting the job done He cleared the clog and cleaned up the mess and was on his way Apollo called the next day to schedule a free camera inspection The camera tech came out and let me watch the inspection of the line The line was clear all the way out of the house I already have Apollo scheduled to do some more work for me Great company

Adam was on time and wasted no time getting to the problemHe was very professional and obviously knows what he' doing He was very friendly and polite He is an excellent worker He wore shoe protectors that's a nice touch He left the bathroom clean and free from any debris generated by the job Adam makes an excellent Apollo team member

On 2/24/16, Apollo was scheduled to do a routine cheon my furnace They arrived on time but determined that I had a cracked heat exchange and needed to shut off my furnace because of government regulations do to carbon monoxide levels After calls to their center, I was told the part would not be available till 3/02/and the service would be performed 3/3/ After spending a week living with space heaters and the house temperature at degrees, they told me a wrong part had been ordered and would not arrive till pm and someone would be right out After 6:pm, I called and checked the status of the technicians, in which they told me they were still waiting on the parts and someone would call me back At 7:pm I called back and was told by they had not ordered the wrong part, but the expedited shipment had not arrived and was not their fault Apollo offer to come out the next day for the service and when asked "if the part was going to be delivered that day", they said they weren't sure I suggested them pay for a hotel room for the week long inconvenience and was simply told it wasn't their responsibility and should ask the expedited shippers for reimbursement for the hotel After a week without a furnace in the dead of winter, I was not happyFollow up After spending a week without a furnace, the correct part was delivered on 3/3/Apollo came out and performed the service on 3/3/and were professional, apologetic, and punctualThe matter is now resolved

I had a problem with water leaking under my kitchen sink and it was a weekend I called Apollo on Sunday morning and they said they would send someone that afternoon Steve L showed up at 5pm and found that in addition to a loose fitting, the garbage disposal had also become loose Since another plumber with Apollo had installed the garbage disposal about a year ago, Steve said that all the repairs and the service call would be free, covered by my warrantee He also explained why the one fitting kept coming loose and explained my options to fix it He was extremely informative and helpful

Josh was great Would highly reccomend He cares a lot about his customer and the work he does Very knowledgable

Our furnace was pumping out heat briefly and then shutting off for long periods Steve D [redacted] found that a drain pipe from the condenser was backed upHe explained the options and proceeded to fix the problem I appreciate the excellent, friendly service

Great job by John Swho fixed my plumbing issue quickly and was very courteous and friendly He was knowledgeable about the issue I was having and explained every step of the process Would highly recommend him!
