Vance was very polite, very concise on what he found in his maintenance of the furnace He did find that the furnace filters that Apollo had ordered for me were the wrong size and notified Apollo Correct-size filters are to be delivered to me next day and hopefully will be inserted for me Almost always satisfied with Apollo techs

I would give Apollo Plumbing a poor rating On Sunday, 5/7/I had a problem with the hot water faucet [redacted] on my bath tub I called Apollo in the Greater Cincinnati area Because they are a 24/service, I thought that they could come out the same day But they could not, so I made an appointment to come on Tuesday between pm and pm To be there for the plumber, I took time off from my job; thereby losing about $for the day While waiting I received a call from Debbie in customer service who informed me that they would need to reschedule because the plumbers were all too business and other customers took priority over me a new customerI would never recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing work IF YOU DON'T MIND BEING CONSIDERED AN INSIGNIFICANT CUSTOMER AND IF YOU DON'T MIND LOSING A DAY OR PART OF A DAY'S WAGES CALL THIS COMPANY!

Technician was great and very helpfulStill waiting for the email from the office telling us what was doneThis is not the first or the second time we have not recieved this notification in a timely manner

Ron was very efficient, and thorough He explained everything he was doing and gave me multiple repair optionsHe also gave me quotes for longer term projects and I appreciated his extra detail

Apollo was great, they called me for an appointment Gave me a 2-window and arrived a little before Tech was great, explained everything and was curteous Took good care of my home also I will use them again

Disconnected my light switch thinking I could repair myself and got lost along the way Called Apollo Heating, Cooling and Plumbing and they came right out the same day, which I was REALLY shocked I'd called several other places and they couldn't come out until mid-November which that wasn't going to work for meFrank Bfrom Apollo was VERY friendly and answered ALL of my questions thoroughly Definitely will be requesting him for other near future needsIt's very hard to receive GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I have to hand it to Apollo from the customer service rep to the service rep GOOD SERVICE was well representedThank you Apollo!
