Our boiler furnace went out Tuesday evening (a month after it was given an "ok" winter checkup); although Apollo responded to the phone call quickly and courteously, there was no boiler technician available that evening; we finally got service the next afternoon (degrees inside the house); hrs later, the furnace went out again, and we were once again told that no boiler technician was available that evening The service man came out the next day, but the unavailability of a technician to promptly service products installed by Apollo in relatively extreme weather conditions, leaves the customer somewhat concerned The people at Apollo very nice, and once they get to your house, they are very nice - but the lack of sufficient service technicians is not good; not that they don't know it's cold out there and that a lot of people have boilers for heat and they were the ones who installed the boiler in the first placepoor planning on their part

Chris Jwas on time, polite and skilled in his field He listened to my areas of concern and knew immediately what the issue was He explained it to me and ensured I understood He also explained his recommendations to address the issues I was pleased with his advice and felt I could trust his knowledge I would use Apollo in the future

We have used Apollo for over twenty years The service they provide is second to none Here is an example why Recently we had to replace our year old central air unit After the new system was installed, we noticed that it was not holding the temperature setting on the hottest part of the day Apollo first had a technician come out to inspect the new unit and make minor adjustments After another hot day, it still could not hold the temperatureI emailed my sales person and the service department to let them know the new system was not performing as expected It was explained that our house was right on the border of needing a larger size, and admitted that they missed the mark We were offered a higher tonnage unit of the same model at no additional chargeApollo has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and backed it up with no hassle at all The replacement unit was expertly installed, with superb metal work, even better than the initial install This is how great companies handle the occasional problem, and keep customers for life
