Apollo replaced both our furnace and air conditioner We've had great service with both replacements and all subsequent service needs Technicians are always prompt, professional, and take the time to educate you regarding what they found/fixed/serviced

My comment for this visit would be disappointedWe called for service for the same problem of frozen pipes that we had the last very cold spell- 1/8/Apollo please see your ticket # [redacted] for detailsWe were told by the service man that he could not help us this time with our problem as your service people do longer carry heat guns

John Sof Apollo Heating Cooling and Plumbing provided excellent service for fixing our leak in the basement He was very knowledgeable about the various options for fixing our copper pipe and gave a comprehensive overview of what a short-term or long-term solution may be for our water system He was friendly and professional, and I was impressed with his enthusiasm for his work

Everything went smoothly. I received the 4-page maintenance report by e-mail. The man came out the day after I phoned. No problems were found. The service people Apollo sends out seem to be conscientious and competent. I haven't encountered a bumbling fool or a crazed wacko yet, which is big improvement over the outfit we used to use.

Great job by John S. who fixed my plumbing issue quickly and was very courteous and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the issue I was having and explained every step of the process. Would highly recommend him!

It was Mother's Day morning and the hot water heater decided to start dumping water on the laundry room floor! I called Apollo Heating Cooling and Plumbing and they sent Steve L, plumber extraordinaire, to the rescue!!! By the end of the day we had hot water and I was again a happy person!! We have been service customers with another company for over years; but, thanks to Steve, we are now Apollo customersSo very glad that they had someone on duty to make my day!! I will always be requesting Steve L at Apollo for all my plumbing needs
