Had Apollo out for a drain cleaning (I've had this drain snaked twice in the last years, both times were [redacted] , and both times they ran the snake a few times, pulled out some roots, and then it ran fine for several years I know this is a Band-Aid for the problem, but who can just drop $10k on a new line?) [redacted] ran the snake through the main drain access, pulled it out once and it was dirty He and the other guy said it was very bad, 'the worst they've seen' and that I need a $1,high-pressure water jet...reluctantly I agreed And they left, scheduled for the next day The next day, they started with a camera in the line for 'before' pictures The line didn't look that dirty really There were a couple trouble spots, but [redacted] said we 'had time' before any major repairs needed I still let them run the high-pressure water treatment, even though the line didn't look that dirty(Also, prior drain cleanings resulted in at least an hour of snaking with a bucket or

I would like to send my appreciation to Apollo and Max H for the service on Saturday when my toilet overflowed (it resolved itself) but while he was here he fixed my toilet in the basement and got rid of the disposal in the kitchen sink which was preventing me from using my second sink and dishwasher He only showed up to look at a running toilet and ended up spending most of the day
