Brandon and Terry did a wonderful job installing a new tankless hot water heater for us We had a failure of our old water heater that was discovered ~10PM I called Apollo's afterhours line and Brandon called me back in less than minutes He was very knowledgeable and a great phone resource to get things set for the evening He was at our house by 9AM the next morning and the new tankless heater was installed by 5PM that day Both he and Terry were great about keeping me informed of what they were doing and why and the overall experience was very positive I would highly recommend both of them for household plumbing needs

My AC unit was not working. I called the number off my AC unit to get to Apollo. The guy that answered the phone went over basic info with me. I informed him while on the oh I need that my grandmother had purchased the unit and she is now deceased. He told me it was no problem to transfer the warranty to my name as the warranty was on the unit and not with the person that purchased it. I was told that within an hour someone from dispatch would contact me to set up an appointment time. About 20 minutes later the original gut I spoke with called me back and stated that "after talking with my supervisor, I was told that I cannot transfer the warranty, so it will result in additional fees to repair the unit." I told him that was fine as my unit had to be fixed. That is when he told me that because I no longer had a warranty on the unit they could not get someone out to fix it today.
