My electrical box next to my pond had no power I called an electrician (from another well-known company) and he charged me $150+ to diagnose the problem which he claimed was a short in the underground wire running from my house to the pond and the estimate to dig a new trench to place a new wire would be $1,I called Apollo for a second opinion Ash and his assistant came out right away and within a short time determined that it was just a bad ground fault in a box on the outside wall They replace the ground fault switch on the side of the house (no need to dig any trench) and power was restored to the pondand it only cost about $I was very impressed with Apollo's professional knowledge and serviceAsh was very smart to find the real problem I use Apollo for Heating and A/C and did not know, until now, that they also did Electric I am so glad I got a second opinion and very lucky to have chosen Apollo

While Apollo worked on my furnace/ air in attic they crushed two ducts feeding Air to my bedrooms, left a panel off of my furnace, and left a panel off of my heat pumpApollo has refused to corrects these issuesBeware of home policies

Service Technician (Patrick B.) completed his work professionally and to my total satisfaction, answered my questions completely and even gave some recommendations for our safety
