After opening two Revdex.com complaints and a *** Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division case, Empire finally decided to honor their warranty and replaced my carpetI would not recommend this company

The local office spoke with the customer on Thursday Nov 3rd and have reached an
agreement to resolve the matter amicably

Repairs were completed on December 27th and we have also issued a refund for the

The local office has made a number of offers to resolve the matter
The customer’s carpet order was found to have a manufacturing defect in the materialAs such, we have offered full replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty The customer has requested a refund, rather than replacementWhile the manufacturer does not provide such an option in their warranty, for customer satisfaction and goodwill, we have offered a partial refund and allowing the customer to keep the installed carpet “as is”
When the customer refused, we offered a greater monetary settlement to include the laminate flooring. The customer has rejected all fair and reasonable offers of resolution

the wood floor installation is not the problem, the problem was the lack of information the salesman had when selling me the productsHe also over charged my credit card that took me phone calls to finally correctHe sold me hard wood flooring that would not fit and I had to discuss with the installers for hours, then reschedule the salesman to come over again and order the right materialHe also sold me carpeting that the company could not installI had to contact another company to order my carpeting and I had to pick it up and install it myselfMy time is worth money and I spent plus hours to resolve this matter$should cover my time and frustration
