They work off folks urge to have"next-day install" feature--
WE WERE TOLD WE HAVE POLYESTER CARPET, and then someone else said NYLON carpet?/
BUT THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HEAVY DUTY NYLON PER THE SALESPERSONsame as the GOOD Lee"s for Life carpet we have in our Den paid $for sq ftt..but we paid $for this CHEAP carpet 15x
Someone mentioned thatSHAW IF THE CARPET MFG WHO MAKES THE CREENWICH STYLE CARPET WE GOT---WE WERE NEVER SHOWN THE FULL WARRANTY WE GOT
WE WANT THE SAMPLES OF HIGH QUALIFY NYLON CARPET WE PAID FOR---BROUGHT OUT SAME COLOR---
OR WE NEED FULL REFUND--TO COVER OUR LABOR COSTS OF MOVING THE FURNTTURE FIRST TIME----

WE ARE WAR-TIME VIET NAM VETERANS AND SENIORS--NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING FREE FOR THIS FAMILY

unless we get FULL agreement that the replacment
product will last the FULL years that the warranty says it will--

I am rejecting this response because: I've contacted Empire repeatedly about this matter and it's haven't been resolved! I'm still fighting with Empire and Synchrony about interest financing money that was charged to the loan for the months that I was charged for financing
in the months that they fell to change the interest rate.
