The installers arrived as scheduled, but were unable to take up the pre-existing carpet as it was very stained. We have canceled the customer’s contract and issued a full refund of the deposit paid.

The flooring installation was stopped due to possible asbestos containing material (“ACM”) found under the pre-existing carpet. We are unable to move forward until the material is tested as negative for ACM, OR if positive, abated by the customers contractor at the customer’s expense. We...

We would be happy to replace the bedroom carpet and under layment (padding) at the customer’s earliest convenience.

I am rejecting this response because:they claim I didnt clean new carpeting every year thats riduculous I goggled how long a carpet should last and the answer is 10 YEARS a cleaning company told me emoire gave me defective carpet I want the 1 room and stairs done they want to charge me 1,400.00 to replace thats unexceptable also I looked up all the complaints on empire there are thousands how can the Revdex.com stand behind a company that does this to trusting customers

upgraded product for the difference in price.We have also offered a full refund in lieu of replacement, allowing the customer to keep the installed product “as is.”

The accommodation was done on May 15,2017. The local office will email the customer a receipt for same shortly.

Service is currently in progress, Friday, March 23rd.

We corresponded with the customer by telephone and email on July 26th and we were advised that this issue is not related to any order or account with our company.
