maintenance fee for multiple members along with extending the buyer's remorse period from 3 to 7 days. All of this information was communicated in email to the Valley Stream Pre-sale members in advance of the opening.  With that said, I have waived the balance on this member's account as a customer service gesture. Cancellations are not processed over the phone with club staff. We practice this methodology as it provides a receipt of cancellation for the member in the event something isn't processed properly. We do require a 45 day notice with a pro-rate to be collected from the date the cancellation form is signed or from the date the mail is postmarked. If you are still within your 1 year obligation and decide to cancel before your obligation date, a $60 buy out fee is associated. Blink memberships are not based on usage which means we do not set memberships to cancel if they are not utilized for any period of time. The cancellation terms are listed on the contract that every member is required to sign upon joining. In good health,Blink Member Services

a follow up email saying no we won't waive any fees. This company is a scam.

pay for the final usage period. when a member joins they must pay for the time they are going to utilize the club in advance. If a potential member is unwilling to pay the amount, then they are not able to join. The same scenario applies when providing their final 45 days notice. When cancelling, members must pay for their final usage period of time. This is their final payment with Blink fitness prior to the effective date of cancellation. The prorate is paid when a member cancels at the facility or when the certified letter is received at the corporate office. We do apologize that you were not given the corporate contact information for member services. Since this information was not provided to you, we have cancelled your account based on your original request date, 3/**/16. Your cancellation effective date is 5/**/16. On January *,2016. I honestly do not see how they have made efforts to resolve this issue. My debit card dispute team has informed me a hey are ready to file a dispute as well. I will only allow 72 more hours to resolve before I agree for my card to file a dispute.

Hello, The letter was post marked 9/**/16. 45 days notice would make the cancellation effective date 11/*/16. 9 days in September, ** days in October, and 5 days in November. Hello,We understand that you are frustrated. However when providing 45 days notice it is assumed you will have to pay for it. The time is not free. The cancellation policy is detailed on the website in the FAQ section as well as on your signed membership agreement. The $60 buy out is listed in those sections as well. Blink Member Services is in receipt of certified letter postmarked November **, 2015. Membership will be cancelled from postmarked date with final usage date of December **, 2015, per the standard terms of Blink's cancellation.

Hello, This member emailed Blink member services on August [redacted] explaining they had cancelled in person at our Paramus location. We replied explaining we had no record of a cancellation request on file. We asked if the member could provide a copy of the signed form and we would be more than happy to adjust the account accordingly. The member was unable to provide a copy of the signed form stating no copy was provided upon cancelling. When members cancel with Blink fitness, a 45 day notice is required and payment for the final days of membership is owed at the time of cancellation. No such payment was processed on this member's account. Our policy is the same for all members who join Blink fitness and for all of our current locations. With that said, the member did acknowledge that they would then mail in a cancellation request to our corporate office via certified mail. This email was received on September [redacted]. The membership was cancelled for final notice collections as the result of a 3 month balance accruing. Emails and phone calls were sent to the email address and phone number provided by the member to Blink fitness upon joining. They were sent over a 3 month period of time. We see on our records that voice mails were left and the emails were delivered. Most emails were marked as spam however by the member after being successfully delivered. A final email was sent on 8/**/16 and was successfully delivered. We are more than happy to provide a record of said emails and phone calls to this member upon request. In a final email correspondence in our member services mail box, we provided the contact information for the area manager for this member's location.  Kindly,Blink Fitness
