This letter is in response to the most recent letter submitted by [redacted] relating to Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] [redacted] ’s most recent response does not provide any new information substantiating her claims and we deny her allegationsWe are not aware of any police report substantiating her claims or suggesting that Enterprise violated any law She did not attach a copy of any video supporting her claimsAt no time did we intimidate or threaten [redacted] She continues to use the threat of news media or lawsuits to demand exorbitant amounts of money, which have no basis in law or factPlease advise if you have any further questions

When I received the vehicle I pointed out several dings in the vehicle and the manager said that no damage larger than a golf ball needed to be addressedI did not drive through any hailMy credit card usage and phone gps show my location while I was in [redacted] which will show that I did not drive through any hail Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/07/21) */ The vehicle was rented just after [redacted] on [redacted] The customer's signed rental agreement had "NO" circled next to the word "HAIL" in the condition box, where the renter initialed his agreement to that noted conditionMr [redacted] acknowledges as well here in his dispute that there were only minor scuffs and scratches on the car at this time, and a small misalignment of the bumper cover Between [redacted] and [redacted] on that afternoon there were several reported hail events with grape+ sized hail in the part of the metro area south of the rental office (www[redacted] .org is the website used)Additionally, on [redacted] (night of return) starting at [redacted] there were several reported hail events with stones over [redacted] in diameter in the south/central part of the metro areaThe renter stated they travelled south after picking up the rental and came from that direction (from [redacted] when they returnedIt can be shown that the renter had the vehicle in his possession during widely reported severe weather conditionsSeveral news outlets can corroborate the weather claims - please see [redacted] which discusses the "hail up to two inches in diameter" and a tornado in the south metro area overnight on the [redacted] The damage report was entered, upon check in of the vehicle by the same staff that rented it to Mr [redacted] , the next morning when our office openedHe is not being held responsible for the minor nicks and scratches that are considered wear and tear, nor for the displaced clip on the front bumperThe only loss for which we are pursuing Mr [redacted] are the hail dents, just over [redacted] in damageThis damage is significant and readily visibleBoth the rental branch's [redacted] as well as the Area [redacted] overseeing the Greater Denver area have been in communication with Mr [redacted] and his significant other and relayed to them the same information contained hereIt is our intention to continue to hold Mr [redacted] liable for the damage on the rental carPictures of the damage and an itemized estimate will be provided to Mr [redacted] at that time

Just got done following up with [redacted] , the service manager at Subaru I let him know that she did file a Revdex.com complaint against us since they only covered days of the rental He told me he didn’t want this lady to effect enterprise since we are great partners and he would call her and cut her a check for the full amount since we already charged her for it He said he wasn’t going to make us refund her and wait to get paid So you can respond to the Revdex.com that [redacted] (svc mgr) will call her and cut her a check for $ This has now been resolved Thank you J [redacted] Area Manager Foothill Corridor [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

The customers concerns were resolved immediately after the original post was providedOur management team did reach to the customer and provided a specific solution to remedyCustomer communicated back her satisfaction with the solution and all is resolved Thank you!

Per our Area Manager, [redacted] , he spoke with the customer and informed her that we will not be pursuing the damages claim against her She seemed happy with that resolution

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached the earnings report screenshot I emailed enterprise employees on July Each of them conspired to lie about that evidence and used that lie to force me out of my vehicle on August The Enterprise Regional Manager has refused to address that factI emailed the Enterprise Regional Manager additional evidence that the payment in question was actually made My pay statement of July shows where the enterprise payment for the week in question concretely reduced the amount of the paycheck I received from [redacted] and thus confirmed what the earnings report screenshot also shows, that I made the enterprise payment and that if enterprise did not receive it it is because [redacted] withheld it from them, not because I withheld it from them And it confirms how outrageous it was for the enterprise employees to conspire to lie by saying they never received the email evidence (which I have sent confirmation of) I sent to them And it confirms how outrageous it was for the enterprise employees to force me out of my vehicle for which I paid every payment for for nearly six months (nearly $6,in total paid to them by me) It confirms how outrageous it was for the enterprise employees to take away my only source of income for weeks now, which has caused me turmoil with my finances and housing alreadyThis is the July pay statement I emailed to [redacted] : [redacted] I did speak to [redacted] over the phone He refused to address the situation in an honest manner and instead dishonestly manipulated the phone conversation in a way that would diminished the harm caused to me by his employees and portrayed a dishonest picture of what was actually taking place in this situation So I requested that he correspond by email so that all communication can be clear concise and concreteI emailed [redacted] five emails on August 19, one on August 23, and one on August 26, none of which he responded to I have not heard from him in weeks If he did try to call me back another time in an attempt to do a 3-way with [redacted] I was probably busy moving my things out of my place because I have no money to pay rent or I was busy trying to figure out how to survive, or I was busy walking for miles to take care of every little thing because I have no money for the busHe seems to be eager to sit through a trial in a San Diego courthouseThe longer he takes to return my security deposit and to give me a refund to compensate me for the harm caused by his employees the greater damage will be caused to me and the more likely enterprise will go through a costly lawsuitI have also emailed [redacted] several times requesting them to address the situation and confirm to Enterprise what my documents prove They have also refused to respond to the issue Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: I answered my phone on the first attempt from Enterprise to call I was promised this would be resolved and I would be removed from the "Do not rent" list that I was inappropriately added to
