Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.Enterprise did not call to notify me that they were charging my card nor did they indicate through phone or email what amount they were charging In fact, it was I who called them to try to set up direct billing through insurance, which two representatives told me they would do I have not yet received reimbursement yet I applied for it only when the insurance called me to report that Enterprise never submitted a bill as we both were led to expect Integrity is important when putting your credit on the line for services I just think others should know who delivers on their word and who does not Regards, [redacted]

I attempted to call this customer twice today with no luck They also do not have a voicemail for the phone # below So I sent him an email with my number so he may contact me I’ll let you know when/if I hear anything on this [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

We have re-reviewed the claim, dropped all related charges, and apologized to our customer for how this was handledAt this time, our customer is satisfied with the outcome and will come back to rent with us again

Per our Area Manager, [redacted] , the customer is not returning his calls We'd be happy to work with [redacted] *** to resolve the matter if he would like to speak with us

Mr [redacted] came into my office to rent a vehicle for business use He was a contractor for a well known company that delivers appliances This company has multiple other contractors that rent trucks through my office We went over the negotiated rates with Mr [redacted] and his mom, who came in with him to get the rental After agreeing to terms, we took care of the rental agreementMr [redacted] went out and did a walk around of the rental truck with us and had no issues with the condition of the vehicle After weeks of having the truck, we had to do a new rental agreement per DOT regulations At this point, one of my newer employee's charged Mr [redacted] for the full amount of the next months rental This shouldn't have happened with a contractor rental as they are generally charged week to week When Mr [redacted] called to complain about the charge, we saw what had happened and refunded the full $back to his card After this happened Mr [redacted] was so unsatisfied that he wanted to return the truck This wasn't a problem for us, however, according to Mr [redacted] the truck wouldn't start We agreed to go pick the truck up due to him being unsatisfied and we agreed to cover the expense of getting the truck startedThis is something that is normally the responsibility of the renter depending on if there is an issue with the truck We drove to Batavia from Sharonville to pick up the truck, put the key in the ignition and it started right up We drove it back to our office to check the condition of the truck, which we do for all renters No new damage had occurred while MrC [redacted] had the vehicle so he received his full deposit of $back Our Truck Rental Location in Sharonville has a 91% customer satisfaction rating over the past months We are sorry to hear that Mr [redacted] was unhappy with his rental experience however we feel that we did everything we could to make him completely satisfied

I talked to the customerShe is upset with Honda due to fact that her car has been there for several weeks and they can't find her problemShe signed off coverage at and the manager there charged her for two days instead of I told her that I would take care of one day of coverage for herHer other concern was the fuelHonda told her to drop off the car when she was done and they would take care of everythingShe said that when she was picking up the car she was with her children and wasn't fully paying attentionI just talked to Honda and they are going to talk to the customer about crediting the fuel to her through the work that they are doing for her She is happy with my resolution and I gave her my cell numberShe said she will call me if she needs anything else [redacted] Area Rental Manager Enterprise Rent-A-Car [redacted]

That isn't going to happen ! I will pay the rate that was verbally agreed to, and I will pay in cashBut only when I'm refunded the money they already stoleI don't want anything for freeI just want what they agreed to and what I expected since no communication was initiated on their end They can't be trusted, all they did was give a information and a completely untrue response to this complaintAnd this company really needs to go under investigation for theft and illegal actionsThey ran different transactions separately and until my account was empty and card declined in a day span, THEN made an invoice reflecting amount stolen from accountThat is red flag! I have contacted the cusomter and have agreed to refund the $to her credit card

All, Just got off phone with [redacted] *nd am working on itShe is happy with me so far and I gave her an ETA of resolving by Thursday/ Friday because State Farm is involved and I need to see if they will pay difference and if they don't I need original copy of contract *** [redacted] [redacted]

As of 11am on January 11th, Chris G [redacted] spoke with Mr [redacted] and has decided to not pursue the customer for the damages Mr [redacted] is aware that we are not pursuing Mr [redacted] was satisfied with the decision, if that is not the case please reach out to ChrisThank You

We left messages for the customer and did receive a return call After speaking with the renter and understanding our customer satisfaction was not 100% we have agreed to refund her credit card $ She is completely satisfied Please let me know if you have any questions Thanks!

I called today but not get an answer The VM is full as well I sent an email for her to call me back I will give another follow up call tomorrow and keep you posted on if I hear anything [redacted] ***
