Thank you for the feedback on [redacted]s rental from our Dulles Airport...
location. The Area Manager of the location spoke to [redacted] and was able to do additional research on the damage in question. After further research, there was no evidence to support that the damage was preexisting. The customer has filed a claim with her credit card company to cover the damage, so our claims department is working with the credit card company to resolve this claim. We are hopeful to have this cased resolved in the near future.

I am rejecting this response because: Their story did not add up. It was made clear to me that they work in conjuction with [redacted] . There is clear and continuous business relationship exist between them . They have representative of [redacted] in their location that deals with their use vehicles or vehicles enterprise put out of service. This clearly affirmed principal and agency relationship. Acting as a principal was the only main reason enterprise found themselve in a situation to be responsible for providing me a duplicate title. They dont freely offered to help . It was only when I decided to visit customer resident they are forced to do the right thing. I made no threats to anyone in their premises. In-fact, the oposite is true. The said employee [redacted] was the one making threats to me that if I visited their customer resident they will call police on me. I have a witness to collaborate my story because we visited the location together. I only visited the location twice. First meet with [redacted] and second meet to received my tittle from [redacted]. I only called based on the time line given. It is cleared that they are saying anything to escape liability or take responsibility. It is only when I voiced out to her I will get the lawyers involved she quickly offered help. However she never kept to her promise. She had me waiting for additional three weeks only to give broken promises. When I had enough, I walked to the corporate office and have a very responsible employee named [redacted] to help me. The second tittle given to me was never sign by the party alleged but rather their internal representative. Their response is fabricated and contain zero truth. The issue should be boiled down to one basic statement: Are they going to compensate me for time, expenses and risk assumed for their own negligence? I think thats the right thing to do

I am rejecting this response because:I checked with my bank prior to canceling my card and filling a complaint with the Revdex.com. Any refunds issued would still be processed regardless if a card is cancelled. Therefore, if any refunds were issued they would appear on the applicable statement. Your information is incorrect and is thus not valid. On 12/18 I was asked to resubmit all of my documents once again to process another refund attempt by Allison via email. My initial request for an refund was made 10/23/2014 via phone conversation in which I sent the documents to [redacted]. The fact that it has taken this long to process a refund is due to your organizations mis-management of my refund request. I have sent Allison a total of 10 emails going back and forth until finally on 12/18/2014 I was told I would have to start the process over. A process that ranges from 7-10 days, to 12-15 days, to 21 days. I have spoken to 4 different individuals and today I receive a response that a check is to be mailed tomorrow which covers half of the refund request. My email and telephone number are both on file, no correspondences have been received to even verify my current address.

I have been in contact with the customer, [redacted], and I have contacted [redacted]. We processed the refund to the bank on 1/17/2015 at 9:48 AM. The customer had gotten anew card so the funds are with the bank. I have put in calls to the Sean Fernandez at [redacted]...
to help resolve the issue for the customer.

The enterprise actually gave me the option to drop the car at the shop and they did not tell me I am going to be responsible for the car until they pick it up. Of course if I would be told I definitely would prefer to drop it at Enterprise which is just one block away from the shop. They didn't even call me for 3 days and they didn't even allow me to see the car. They have a very poor method of communication.Regards,[redacted]

This is the one that was sent back by Fed Ex. I spoke to the wife and she was going to [redacted] shortly so she had me send it to her in [redacted]. She said that it probably did not get delivered the first time because that building is secured and her husband was probably not there when...

I accept the response from Enterprise Rent A Car,they should no where that if. A employee is terminated that a former employee cannot rent a car as far as the accusation of me calling a client this is false. But I would accept that from a unprofessional company. All I wanted from Matt L[redacted] is to produce in the company handbook that a terminated employee is placed on DNR.they have failed so I will tell everyone I know never to rent from Enterprise rent a car again.which after I was terminated I rented a car approx 45 times.some DNR
