Rented a car from 7/11/13 to 8/7/13. Was told that if I drive tollway, I should contact NTTA and have the rental car added to account. After I turned the car in on 08/07/13, I was never told to cancel with NTTA, and since the rental car was still added to my NTTA account - all tolls from drivers between 08/07/13 - 09/24/13 of this vehicle were charged to my account - $60.59. I've got an email/pdf document from NTTA that lists all these charges. Somebody driving their vehicle drove through tolls and it was charged to my account.
