They gave a written warranty that this produce would save you money but it worthless it not working it cost more money just to keep it on the roof they
need to refund and get this worthless unit off the roof they did not help me with anything just rip me off I know the only way to fix this is with a written
complain and all my paper work to the attorney general for consumer fraud *** *** all ready know they did wrong I want this problem resolved
with the respect of him calling me ,The paper work will tell the story .Thank you Revdex.com for help

My experience with this company is not complete To date every thing that Erus Energy has promised, they have complied with The installation process was quick and professional and the techs are to be commended for their professionalism I am still waiting for the power company to do their inspection and get my system turned on

We had a PV solar system installed at our home There were a few minor hiccups along the way but thanks to the professionalism and prompt attention from Mindi G*** and Aaron J***, the project went smoothly Thank you Mindi and Aaron for going over and beyond to assist us! Keep up the stellar work!

Our Solar System was installed in a timely manner and the installation team was very professional and technically knowledgeable about the system and the process All of my questions were answered The team took hours to complete the process and after they cleaned up the system looked good Now we await the public utilities commissioning process So far so good!

Working with the people at Erus Energy was a great experience. They offered the best solutions I've found for solar energy for my home. They take care of everything and they really know what they're talking about. Some of the other companies tried to sell me based off of information that simply wasn't true. Erus won't use a bunch of smoke and mirrors that is pretty typical with solar estimates. I'm looking forward to seeing what my solar system can produce and how much it will save me this year!
Don't look any further than Erus is you've been considering getting solar.

[redacted] entered into contract with  us 9/19/14. To Date we have completed Duct seal, Radiant Barrier, Full engineering and design packet for his solar System.  These systems take anyplace from 2-4 months to install this is what we tell all customers as we cannot control the...

local municipality, Utility company, HOA etc. Currently we are in month 3 of project and are ready and waiting on permit.  He would be complete well within the 4 month timeline. Total Contract was fro $31,890.  To date we have performed roughly $9,136 of the contracted work.  After speaking with [redacted]a he wishes to cancel the remaining work.  We can accommodate this for him as we have not installed the Solar portion of system.   To Date we have received $15,009.03 in payment. We can deduct the $9,136 portion of work done and give him back the balance of $5873.03.  I'm open to working with the customer anyway possible to help resolve. ThanksMGMT

We have been looking for Solar for a couple of years, but the initial cost shocked me. We looked at several options, and decided to purchase a system before the city rebate expired Dec 2015. We opt to pay cash, and it worked out great for us. The folks at ERUS were always upfront and easily answered all of my questions. Our house faces the south, with a small slope, so the panels aren't as noticeable, and the contrast turned out great with our light brown metal roof. Our solar system required a new Main Service Panel, so now our 1963 electrical installation has been upgraded to the latest electrical panel, breaker switches and connections. ERUS took care of all of the permits, required paper work and walked us through those we had to complete. We live in the city of Windcrest, so they had to schedule an inspection with them, and then another inspection with CPS. All in all, we are very happy and look forward to a zero electrical bill! When we are in the front yard, it’s not uncommon for folks stop and ask about our solar system. We tell them to get educated and then do it! We felt comfortable with ERUS and confident if something wasn’t right, they would make it right. We had to cash some stocks, so we came out great with our Tax return, now we are waiting for our CPS Rebate!

all the representatives for this company were excellent. The installers were really great got everything installed and going in 2 days. They kept me in the loop of everything that was happening with the installation. I would really recommend them to anyone who is looking for solar.

Erus was fast, efficient and extremely professional. The installers came in a placed the panels in with zero problems. I could not be home when they arrived buy I never would have known they were there unless they called. The panels are up and ready for inspection. Can't wait to get them hooked into CPS Energy and get them working. Extremely excited about this investment.

I received no phone calls from anyone on this and if you would have called we would gladly have replaced or remedied.  Without admitting it was our fault I still propose to pay you $200 in repairs to your AC if it helps this situation out. We want nothing but for you to be happy regardless of outcome. We also discussed you not wanting to continue with PV system. As I mentioned we are also fine with this.  To date we have only performed $9136 of the $31,890 work.  To date you have paid us $15,009.03.  I can refund you the $5873.03 and cancel remaining loan.  This way you only pay for work done and nothing else. I believe this is fair for both parties and will proceed with this after you approve. MGMT.

We were called by a service that said they specialized in solar energy financing. Since we were interested in solar energy we agreed to an appointment. At the appointment Javier V[redacted] presented us with a proposition for solar home improvement. Then he gave us the old sales pitch, if you sign up now and give me eight names we would get a few thousand off. This is the old time share pitch, trying to get a quick sale. He would not tell us the source of we were looking at solar. Anyway, we have seen that pitch before and did not fall for it. He claimed they were Revdex.com rated and had a link on their site that showed they were AA+ rated. Revdex.com should look into that. The phone listed was ###-###-####. His proposal was light on facts of the product and heavy on financial return. When I ask later for more specifics, he was not interested. The issue that I have is that they touted their Revdex.com rating with a link on their site. When I went independently on your site, the picture was not so rosey. That leads me to believe there is a fake Revdex.com link. I think you need to look into it.

I can only give this company the highest of ratings. They are installing Solar Panels on my home in [redacted], and have great to work with. They have kept me totally informed on the progress of the install, and when they set an arrival time, they were here at the time they set.
On an A to F rating they have been a high A+. They have been excellent in all areas. They have gone above and beyond in all phases of the install.

This is a door-to-door sales company. We had a very nice young man offer us a system with a "price match guarantee." We were given an ultimatum; either purchase today or lose out on this exceptional special. When we discovered the exact system they were offering was overpriced by over $10,000 we asked for a price match. We were never given a straight answer why they could not price match. I believe this is actually a deceptive trade practice which needs to be reported to the Texas Attorney General. Very disappointed.

We just installed a solar system. The entire project was done very professionally. The sales staff, planning staff, installation crew, and inspector were easy to talk with and answer questions. The office personal let us know what and when was scheduled for the project. We were never in the dark. IMPRESSIVE
