Thank you Erus, Jessica and Mr. Matos getting us up and going on our new solar panels. You have made this a plesant transition and we are recommending Erus to all our customers and friends!

After much deliberation, my husband and I decided to go with Erus Builders to do the following projects:
RADIANT BARRIER- After lining the entire attic
(rafters & sides) with this foil type material that blocks off the heat, we immediately felt the drop in temperature. It makes all the difference to us here, in the desert.
AEROSEAL- Very high-tech process that internally seals off leaks in the ducts.
ENVELOPE SEAL- External sealing (wrapping) of the ducts and connecting points.
I suffer from chronic allergy and sinus problems. With the two sealing processes above, my sneezing, teary eyes and itchy throat became almost a thing of the past, while indoors. I used to dust twice a day, everyday without fail. Now, I'm a bit saddened that writing notes with my finger on the coffee table is no longer an option!
PV SYSTEM - After an agonizing wait for all the permits and inspections to be completed, the switch was finally thrown today, and we are now SOLAR.
Erus Builders' expertise in putting together different contractors and crews for these multiple projects is very commendable. Each job was carried out with such professionalism, the end results were nothing but excellent. Each crew worked together with precision. At the end of each working day, the premises were kept clean. We were informed of what to expect every step of the way. Most of all, every crew member was courteous and did their best to keep the inconvenience to a minimum.
My husband and I sincerely recommend Erus Builders to those of you who are interested in any of the above projects.

We had a PV solar system installed at our home. There were a few minor hiccups along the way but thanks to the professionalism and prompt attention from Mindi G[redacted] and Aaron J[redacted], the project went smoothly. My experience with this company is not complete. To date every thing that Erus Energy has promised, they have complied with. The installation process was quick and professional and the techs are to be commended for their professionalism. I am still waiting for the power company to do their inspection and get my system turned on.

The solar panels look great. The workers did a good and fast job. They always called and followed up on the status of each day as they worked. Great communication between the company and the customers. We are very excited to start saving money and using an environment friendly use of energy.

To whom it may concern we have been contacted by Erus, they want to lower our payments or something. this is not a resolution to us since they are the ones who have put us off for theses long three months,they are the ones who broke the lease we want out of their lease that will satisfy us and  I want those panels off my roof and the repair done, and want it in writing. I have the lease if you all would like to see it.

This past July 2013, thru Going Green Solar the Erus Builders subcontractors did some upgrades to my home: Radiant Barrier, Duct clean, sealing and Solar water heater. Its now been about 5 months and I have noticed about $70 a month drop in my electric bill and there's more even distribution and more powerful air flow from HVAC Yes! We used to dust daily and within an hour a layer of dust was back. No more! I even white glove tested and it was about 5 days before a light dusting was needed. This was my second time working with contractors; these guys were top notch! They got all the work done in under two weeks and really took the time to insure work was done right. Thanks!

I'm satisfied with installation of the solar panels. I would recommend them to others whom would like to go solar.

They gave a written  warranty that this produce would save you money but it worthless it not working it cost more  money just to keep it on the roof . they
need to refund and get this worthless unit off the roof . they did not help me with anything just rip me off . I know the only way to fix this is with a written
complain and all my paper work to the attorney general  for consumer fraud  [redacted]  all ready know they did wrong I want this problem resolved

We have spoken with him, he is leaving town until end of next week. We are going to follow up on the 11th as to how we can take care of him.  His issues will be taken care of.

We are optimistic about going green and we stand behind our decision to pay cash for our solar and in our choice of purchasing it from Erus Energy. We worked with Kim directly because we were cash customers and she kept her word as far as timelines go. We travel often so we delayed the process however we are very pleased with the finished project.

The first thing he told me as soon as he arrived at my house was to look and verify that he had not touched anything so that if there was anything wrong, he was not responsible for it. I told him ok. He then came back and told me that the motor for the A/C blower was not working. He showed me some pictures of frozen panels but I did not go up on the roof to check. He then told me he could sell me the motor for $500.Later, I called [redacted], they charged me $200. I think that it is too coincidental that my air conditioning system was functioning until [redacted] came and told me a needed a new motor for the A/C blower.Time passed and I began to worry. I started to call [redacted] to tell him that I was getting billed and I did not know how I was going to pay all that money. He told me not to worry that I did not have to pay anything because with the tax return/credit I was going to receive would pay some of it. He then told me to refinance my house and include the solar panel costs to pay the rest of the balance. I have only been living in this house for six months, I can not refinance to get money to pay for other things.   More time passed, I began to worry even more. I called [redacted] again but he no longer answered me. I called several times and left voicemails but never heard back from him.Later, they called me from Erus to tell me that [redacted] was going to come to accelerate the loan process so that they could receive the money. We went to my computer, downloaded the loan, I signed, my wife was not home to sign but I signed anyway. I think that what they are doing is not right.They told me they were Revdex.com accredited, turns out they are not. That means that they are liars, even if they return the loan they are still trying to make money off of me.If they want to, they can come and take off what they put on because I think that the work was not done right. Only 50% of the roof is covered with Aeroseal. How am I supposed to know what they really did.The loan is for $30,000 which I think is too much money.

We are still working for a resolution. We made a very fair offer and the customer declined. His current want is for system to be removed. Inlet him know I don't know,what's involved given its a lease. We have never had to remove one that is leased. His agreement has tax implixations, as well as aps energy rec implications. I told customer that we need time as this is not common. His main issue was one that was not caused by faulty product or installation. Someone either aps or someone else turned his system off. Our system is working as advertised.

My wife and I are very happy with our new solar purchase. Jessica gave us a fair price and Jose made it easy to find out what was going on until they came to finish. When my wife was concerned how the solar looked from the road they made changes that made us happy. It also took a lot less time than we originally thought. Thanks you everyone at Erus Energy.

We just installed a solar system. The entire project was done very professionally. The sales staff, planning staff, installation crew, and inspector were easy to talk with and answer questions. The office personal let us know what and when was scheduled for the project. We were never in the dark. IMPRESSIVE

I can only give this company the highest of ratings. They are installing Solar Panels on my home in [redacted], and have great to work with. They have kept me totally informed on the progress of the install, and when they set an arrival time, they were here at the time they set.

On an A to F rating they have been a high A+. They have been excellent in all areas. They have gone above and beyond in all phases of the install.
