Thank you Erus, Jessica and Mr. Matos getting us up and going on our new solar panels. You have made this a plesant transition and we are recommending Erus to all our customers and friends!

Erus made going solar very simple and affordable. They took care of everything. Very nice company to work with.

We were sold a system that was supposed to lower our electric bills to just an administrative fee. It took approximately 5 months to install it while I had interest building on the loan and that was due to a change in project manager, filing the wrong paperwork with our electric provider, and a period of two to three months in which no worked on it. Now that it has been installed, apparently the system doesn't supply our energy needs by half and still cost $30,000.00. When I talked to their rep, he insists that the system is working and doesn't know what my sales person told me so I was told that I need to talk to my sales person. Not to my surprise, he no longer works there.

We are optimistic about going green and we stand behind our decision to pay cash for our solar and in our choice of purchasing it from Erus Energy. We worked with Kim directly because we were cash customers and she kept her word as far as timelines go. We travel often so we delayed the process however we are very pleased with the finished project.

We spoke with customer just this past week.  The manufacture of the equipment FAFCO is who this needs to be directed at.  We however will facilitate any upgrades and or fix that they recommend.  We have no issue helping out in remedy, but cannot control what the manufacture does. We will reach out to the customer for a 4th time to discuss.  We are open for any ideas the consumer and or Revdex.com has to resolve. We want nothing but for the customer to be happy.

Erus Energy has stood by product, customer, warranty, and service agreements and will continue to do so. We will gladly help you in contacting Fafco Water company to resolve.  I'm extremely upset that this customer is having problems with FAFCO system.  This complaint however should be...

against Fafco not Erus. We have honored all warranty, installation, guidelines to the letter. What would customer like us to do to help further?

ERUS Energy personnel were very helpful and when they came for the installation they were very professional. Throughout the process my project manager kept me up to date on what was happening and he was right on target with the timeline.

After much deliberation, my husband and I decided to go with Erus Builders to do the following projects:
RADIANT BARRIER- After lining the entire attic
(rafters & sides) with this foil type material that blocks off the heat, we immediately felt the drop in temperature. It makes all the difference to us here, in the desert.
AEROSEAL- Very high-tech process that internally seals off leaks in the ducts.
ENVELOPE SEAL- External sealing (wrapping) of the ducts and connecting points.
I suffer from chronic allergy and sinus problems. With the two sealing processes above, my sneezing, teary eyes and itchy throat became almost a thing of the past, while indoors. I used to dust twice a day, everyday without fail. Now, I'm a bit saddened that writing notes with my finger on the coffee table is no longer an option!
PV SYSTEM - After an agonizing wait for all the permits and inspections to be completed, the switch was finally thrown today, and we are now SOLAR.
Erus Builders' expertise in putting together different contractors and crews for these multiple projects is very commendable. Each job was carried out with such professionalism, the end results were nothing but excellent. Each crew worked together with precision. At the end of each working day, the premises were kept clean. We were informed of what to expect every step of the way. Most of all, every crew member was courteous and did their best to keep the inconvenience to a minimum.
My husband and I sincerely recommend Erus Builders to those of you who are interested in any of the above projects.

From start to finish from my initial representative to financing to installation I am very very impressed with ERUS Builders. My cousin owns A solar business in Hawaii and told her the process I went through and sent her pictures of the installation and she was impressed. That says a lot for this company. We contracted with Erus Builders, LLC for the installation of our Solar System on our home. The entire installation was seamless and they kept us informed throughout the entire process. We are very pleased with the work and the system is performing as advertised. We have recommended them to a neighbor who also used them for their solar installation. We have NO issues!

Erus Builders installed our solar panels almost 5 years ago. We were very happy with the process and would definitely refer others to this company. The sales rep who initially met with us was very thorough and professional. Now, when we had a problem with our unit, we contacted the company to find out what the problem was. We found out it was covered under warranty. The project manager became involved and handled the situation by listening to our situation, finding a solution and making it happen. This company will be in business for many years because they are customer-oriented, conscientious, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with Erus Energy.

Erus' salesman presented information on solar installation for my home. His explanation was detailed and straight forward. He outlined the whole process to my complete satisfaction. There were 3 companies involved in the purchase, installation and maintenance of my system, Erus, [redacted] and [redacted]. Each one did an excellent job and worked well as a team to get my system up and running. Erus has kept in contact through the whole process to ensure my satisfaction. I will be recommending Erus to anyone who expresses an interest in home solar power installation.

I was extremely impressed with the serviced provided by ERUS Builders. I found the entire staff friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and willing to help me with any questions or concerns. The entire project was completed in a very short time, which was a pleasant surprise, and the solar installation crew was in and out before we knew it. The installation of the solar panels was done quickly, efficiently and neatly with minimal disruption to our daily routine. They were extremely polite and left the area very clean. The installation team did a Great Job of installing the system. They were on time, maintained a clean work area, were very efficient during the installation and provided great customer service (ie. discussed the plans, their strategy and entertained any questions we may have had). Thank you!

[redacted] entered into contract with  us 9/19/14. To Date we have completed Duct seal, Radiant Barrier, Full engineering and design packet for his solar System.  These systems take anyplace from 2-4 months to install this is what we tell all customers as we cannot control the...

local municipality, Utility company, HOA etc. Currently we are in month 3 of project and are ready and waiting on permit.  He would be complete well within the 4 month timeline. Total Contract was fro $31,890.  To date we have performed roughly $9,136 of the contracted work.  After speaking with [redacted]a he wishes to cancel the remaining work.  We can accommodate this for him as we have not installed the Solar portion of system.   To Date we have received $15,009.03 in payment. We can deduct the $9,136 portion of work done and give him back the balance of $5873.03.  I'm open to working with the customer anyway possible to help resolve. ThanksMGMT
