My husband and I conducted business with Erus Builders, LLC in 2013. Everyone we dealt with was respectful, helpful and professional. Our solar panels were installed by qualified, competent men. Because we had never had solar energy prior to this installation, everything was explained to us thoroughly so we would know exactly how the system operated. Calls to the office and questions were answered in a timely manner. We had a special need earlier this year and Bobbie T[redacted] knew exactly how to handle our situation and did so in a timely fashion. From start to finish from my initial representative to financing to installation I am very very impressed with ERUS Builders. My cousin owns A solar business in Hawaii and told her the process I went through and sent her pictures of the installation and she was impressed. That says a lot for this company. Erus was fast, efficient and extremely professional. The installers came in a placed the panels in with zero problems. I could not be home when they arrived buy I never would have known they were there unless they called. The panels are up and ready for inspection. Can't wait to get them hooked into CPS Energy and get them working. Extremely excited about this investment.

Issue has been schedule for completion with homeowner. Work will be done this week. Ending 6/26. All work will be done per contract at customer request.  This is Mr. [redacted] third complaint about the same issue. MGMT.

Our Solar System was installed in a timely manner and the installation team was very professional and technically knowledgeable about the system and the process. All of my questions were answered. The team took 6 hours to complete the process and after they cleaned up the system looked good. Now we await the public utilities commissioning process. So far so good!

We were referred to Erus Energy and our sales rep Kevin, made sure we were given competitive and fair price with no pressure. The potential savings is what we look forward to so we chose a 25 year lease. Communication remained open throughout the lengthy process. Very professional install and we are now awaiting NVE to provide new meter for Solar so we can begin producing and saving money. Tyrone always returned my calls and referred me to our leasing companies customer service department so I could deal direct with the leasing company which I found expedited the process,

Erus made going solar very simple and affordable. They took care of everything. Very nice company to work with.

This is a door-to-door sales company. We had a very nice young man offer us a system with a "price match guarantee." We were given an ultimatum; either purchase today or lose out on this exceptional special. When we discovered the exact system they were offering was overpriced by over $10,000 we asked for a price match. We were never given a straight answer why they could not price match. I believe this is actually a deceptive trade practice which needs to be reported to the Texas Attorney General. Very disappointed.

Erus Energy did a very professional job of installing 19 solar panels on my home.
