I was referred to Erus Builders by a former customer. Dave was very helpful throughout the process. Communication was excellent the whole time as Dave always updated me on each stage of the process. The whole team at Erus was wonderful to work with.

Great experience dealing with a business that cares enough about the customer to assign a contact person throug out the project. Jose was veru kind to us. Install crew went above and beyond to deliver panels to our home so vey quickly.

I was extremely satisfied with Erus Builders and their supreme customer service. Jessica Estrada, and Sean Sandoval were able to inform me about any questions I had during the process.

all the representatives for this company were excellent. The installers were really great got everything installed and going in 2 days. They kept me in the loop of everything that was happening with the installation. I would really recommend them to anyone who is looking for solar.

Erus was fast, efficient and extremely professional. The installers came in a placed the panels in with zero problems. I could not be home when they arrived buy I never would have known they were there unless they called. The panels are up and ready for inspection. Can't wait to get them hooked into CPS Energy and get them working. Extremely excited about this investment.

Issue has been schedule for completion with homeowner. Work will be done this week. Ending 6/26. All work will be done per contract at customer request.  This is Mr. [redacted] third complaint about the same issue. MGMT.

Our Solar System was installed in a timely manner and the installation team was very professional and technically knowledgeable about the system and the process. All of my questions were answered. The team took 6 hours to complete the process and after they cleaned up the system looked good. Now we await the public utilities commissioning process. So far so good!

We were referred to Erus Energy and our sales rep Kevin, made sure we were given competitive and fair price with no pressure. The potential savings is what we look forward to so we chose a 25 year lease. Communication remained open throughout the lengthy process. Very professional install and we are now awaiting NVE to provide new meter for Solar so we can begin producing and saving money. Tyrone always returned my calls and referred me to our leasing companies customer service department so I could deal direct with the leasing company which I found expedited the process,

Erus Energy did a very professional job of installing 19 solar panels on my home.

This is a door-to-door sales company. We had a very nice young man offer us a system with a "price match guarantee." We were given an ultimatum; either purchase today or lose out on this exceptional special. When we discovered the exact system they were offering was overpriced by over $10,000 we asked for a price match. We were never given a straight answer why they could not price match. I believe this is actually a deceptive trade practice which needs to be reported to the Texas Attorney General. Very disappointed.

Look forward to saving money. Mr. Smith was able to give us a fair price. The workers were very proeffional with the work. Mr. Matos let us know when the work was to occur and it happened as they said it would.

Erus made going solar very simple and affordable. They took care of everything. Very nice company to work with.

Jenny B. is super helpful and always available. She made getting solar panels installed less confusing. Drugs obviously cares that you have a good experience.

The installation team did a Great Job of installing the system. They were on time, maintained a clean work area, were very efficient during the installation and provided great customer service (ie. discussed the plans, their strategy and entertained any questions we may have had). Thank you!
