Erus Energy

We spoke with customer just this past week.  The manufacture of the equipment FAFCO is who this needs to be directed at.  We however will facilitate any upgrades and or fix that they recommend.  We have no issue helping out in remedy, but cannot control what the manufacture does. We will reach out to the customer for a 4th time to discuss.  We are open for any ideas the consumer and or Revdex.com has to resolve. We want nothing but for the customer to be happy.

We have a meeting set up for Friday the 24th to see what else can be done for customer.  The main issue was a manufactures SMA inverter was not working.  This happens from time to time and we cannot control it, however we have and always will make sure it gets fixed....

We have already agreed to remove system from customers home.  This was as of March 26th.  I let customer know that this could not be accomplished over night as we need to schedule removal and a roofer to come out and make sure everything is restored back to original condition. The job is...

We contracted with Erus Builders, LLC for the installation of our Solar System on our home. The entire installation was seamless and they kept us informed throughout the entire process. We are very pleased with the work and the system is performing as advertised. We have recommended them to a neighbor who also used them for their solar installation. We have NO issues!

Working with the people at Erus Energy was a great experience. They offered the best solutions I've found for solar energy for my home. They take care of everything and they really know what they're talking about. Some of the other companies tried to sell me based off of information that simply wasn't true. Erus won't use a bunch of smoke and mirrors that is pretty typical with solar estimates. I'm looking forward to seeing what my solar system can produce and how much it will save me this year!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH ERUS ENERGY AS BEEN GREAT. THEY WERE IN CONTACT WITH YOU THE WHOLE TIME DURING THE PROCESS AND AFTER TO MAKE SURE EVERY THING WAS WORKING PROPER AND F I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERY THING.
