Erus' salesman presented information on solar installation for my home. His explanation was detailed and straight forward. He outlined the whole process to my complete satisfaction. There were 3 companies involved in the purchase, installation and maintenance of my system, Erus, [redacted] and [redacted]. Each one did an excellent job and worked well as a team to get my system up and running. Erus has kept in contact through the whole process to ensure my satisfaction. I will be recommending Erus to anyone who expresses an interest in home solar power installation.

It took less than 90 days for our project to be completed. Tyrone helped me with NVE as they delayed inspection so it would seem. He always returned my calls if I needed additional information. Kim got us an excellent finance contract for the solar. She did everything for my wife and I. All we had to do was sign on the internet. It was very easy. We look forward to low energy bills as we also do not have to make any payments for over a year.

The workers got to my home at the time they said they would and they were fast and professional.

Ttust is earned these days! Erus is a company that does what it promisies. Means everything to my family. I waited to be installed on a list and as I gy impaitien I called upon Kim who helped us immediately. We get an actual date and now I wait for APS but know it will be worth it. Professional sales and install staff you really can't wrong purchasing solar package from Erus Energy.

The installation crew was very professional and did outstanding work. They were quick and clean. Explained what they were going to do and showed up on time.

I was extremely impressed with the serviced provided by ERUS Builders. I found the entire staff friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and willing to help me with any questions or concerns. The entire project was completed in a very short time, which was a pleasant surprise, and the solar installation crew was in and out before we knew it. The installation of the solar panels was done quickly, efficiently and neatly with minimal disruption to our daily routine. They were extremely polite and left the area very clean. I have had several construction companies provide services for us before and I would rate ERUS builders to be one of the best. I would strongly recommend their services.

I am very pleased with his decision to go solar with Erus Energy, especially once I saw the solar system installed on my home. A professional installed system of quality components. I am not only looking forward to a lower energy bill, good about contributing to clean up our air for my kids and my grand kids.

We were called by a service that said they specialized in solar energy financing. Since we were interested in solar energy we agreed to an appointment. At the appointment Javier V[redacted] presented us with a proposition for solar home improvement. Then he gave us the old sales pitch, if you sign up now and give me eight names we would get a few thousand off. This is the old time share pitch, trying to get a quick sale. He would not tell us the source of we were looking at solar. Anyway, we have seen that pitch before and did not fall for it. He claimed they were Revdex.com rated and had a link on their site that showed they were AA+ rated. Revdex.com should look into that. The phone listed was ###-###-####. His proposal was light on facts of the product and heavy on financial return. When I ask later for more specifics, he was not interested. The issue that I have is that they touted their Revdex.com rating with a link on their site. When I went independently on your site, the picture was not so rosey. That leads me to believe there is a fake Revdex.com link. I think you need to look into it.

[redacted],As we spoke about on the phone we are more then happy to fix anything that we have broken or damaged. I received no phone calls from anyone on this and if you would have called we would gladly have replaced or remedied.  Without admitting it was our fault I still propose to pay you $200 in repairs to your AC if it helps this situation out. We want nothing but for you to be happy regardless of outcome. We also discussed you not wanting to continue with PV system. As I mentioned we are also fine with this.  To date we have only performed $9136 of the $31,890 work.  To date you have paid us $15,009.03.  I can refund you the $5873.03 and cancel remaining loan.  This way you only pay for work done and nothing else. I believe this is fair for both parties and will proceed with this after you approve. MGMT.

Getting solar was a lenghty process. I chse Erus over other companies because they offered a competitive lease.The system was installed inone day. My HOA delayed thingsas well however Tyrone was able to track down the paper work accepting the design. He also put me in touch withmy leaseing compnay which seemed to help move things along with their customer service dept. Tyrone also helped me contact NVE in order to find out status with someone he works with all the time. Everyone was helpful and profrofessional throughout the process - returning my calls promptly.

The people with whom I had contact at this business were always helpful and pleasant.

We have been looking for Solar for a couple of years, but the initial cost shocked me. We looked at several options, and decided to purchase a system before the city rebate expired Dec 2015. We opt to pay cash, and it worked out great for us. The folks at ERUS were always upfront and easily answered all of my questions. Our house faces the south, with a small slope, so the panels aren't as noticeable, and the contrast turned out great with our light brown metal roof. Our solar system required a new Main Service Panel, so now our 1963 electrical installation has been upgraded to the latest electrical panel, breaker switches and connections. ERUS took care of all of the permits, required paper work and walked us through those we had to complete. We live in the city of Windcrest, so they had to schedule an inspection with them, and then another inspection with CPS. All in all, we are very happy and look forward to a zero electrical bill! When we are in the front yard, it’s not uncommon for folks stop and ask about our solar system. We tell them to get educated and then do it! We felt comfortable with ERUS and confident if something wasn’t right, they would make it right. We had to cash some stocks, so we came out great with our Tax return, now we are waiting for our CPS Rebate!

From start to finish from my initial representative to financing to installation I am very very impressed with ERUS Builders. My cousin owns A solar business in Hawaii and told her the process I went through and sent her pictures of the installation and she was impressed. That says a lot for this company. My neighbors are asking how they can get PV installed and am happy to share my experience with ERUS.

My husband and I conducted business with Erus Builders, LLC in 2013. Everyone we dealt with was respectful, helpful and professional. Our solar panels were installed by qualified, competent men. Because we had never had solar energy prior to this installation, everything was explained to us thoroughly so we would know exactly how the system operated.
