Hello. I went to your store in Clackamas a few weeks ago and got some paint samples for my sons room. The paint guy was not very nice, but I thought maybe he was having a bad day. Went to your store a week ago and got the paint in gallon sizes. I got 1 gallon of green and 2 of blue thinking I would need both. NO WHERE DID IT SAY THAT YOU CAN NOT RETURN MIXED PAINT and no one at the paint desk said this to me, nor did the cashier when we checked out. I went to return this and the service desk person said I needed to talk with the paint counter. The service desk manager just sat there and looked at me and did not say a word. So I went to the paint counter. The lady there was super rude to me and told me that it says right on the can no returns. In fact she decided to highlight it for me. I said no one told me and she said cant you read. I will no longer be shopping at your store. Neither will my Veteran husband and all the associates he is in contact with. I can not believe how rude your employees were. I have bought paint from home depot before no questions asked they returned it. I thought since you were having a sale on the paint I would go to your store. NEVER AGAIN! To have such rude people work for your company and not to have it posted anywhere in the paint department that you can not return mixed paint.
Lows is one sarrey business.I have ever dell with never go to lows for anything they do you wrong .I know i,m one of there victims.so go any place but lowes thanks j Sadler
I have shopped at [redacted] in [redacted] VA over the years for different products. But my windows purchase will be the last purchase from this store or may be from the whole company. I shared my concern with the salesman, store manager, and the CEO no one seems to care. I will never go back to [redacted] in [redacted] VA again. Their window salesman promised me 1 day installation, it was done in 2 days which was not a big deal but it was the wrong windows for my home. After back and force with the salesman, they decided to replace the wrong type of windows and I have to wait about 6 weeks for the right windows to be installed. When their installer came back to install the right windows we discover that it was in wrong size and could not be installed. They have to reorder new windows for the 2nd. time and I have to wait again because the salesman assured to me that my windows is custom windows and have to be made especially for my house which was a big lie because when the windows finally installed it had 2012 and 2010 production year on it. So what should be 1-2 days job took more than 4 months and more than 6 days off to be home for the installation. My utilities went up 3 times as high on those months, and again the salesman promised to reimburse me for it after giving him copies of my utilities usage more than 8 month ago. never heard from him again so I met with the store manager 4 month ago who promised me to look into this matter and get back to me, he never did so I thought itâs the store way of doing business and I wrote a letter to the CEO 2 month ago, spuriously enough it the same thing I have never heard from him as well so I know now itâs the company way of doing business. Just sales and no services or just make the sale and forget about the customer service. Forgot to mention that the salesman in [redacted] store was not a window expert, he just a sales person who replaced the former salesman who initially quoted the windows for me for much less price than the new salesman under a promises that it is much better quality than the original quote, I felt miss leaded the whole way and I [redacted] never do any business with this store or with [redacted] in general.
I went to the Pasadena, Texas Lowes yesterday, 6/20/2016, to get information about putting carpet in my house. The person working in the carpet center was disrespectful and classless. She responded to our questions with brief, single syllable words. This was brought to her attention. She stated loudly she didn't care if I liked her attitude and that it didn't matter if I shopped there. I spoke to a manager, and her response was simply "sorry." We did go somewhere else to purchase our carpet and will not shop at Lowes again. There are plenty of businesses that appreciate their customers.

Worst experience buying appliances! I came to the store ion October 16 and purchased 4 Items: Fridge, Range, Dishwasher and Microwave. All were to be delivered within 1 week from the time of purchase.
Between measuring the Fridge 2 inches too wide 1st time and 3 inches too tall the second time and delivering a very dented/damaged range, I still don't have my items delivered and installed.
I am asked to keep checking on delivery date. I call about once every week- so 5 times now and every time I have to go through the same horrible experience of being bounced around between different store departments (even though I use the store menu so it should connect me to the appliances department directly), then endless hold that always ends in a call drop. Not an extradition. To speak with someone I have to place 2-3 calls and ask them not to place me on hold. Then I am told that they will need to look into my request (!)and call me back. I believe out of 3 times , I received one call back. The rest of the times I have to call and go through the above described experience again.
I've made an attempt to submit my feedback through the Lowes Customer Care app. It is impossible to submit it in writing- the error message pops-up asking costumers to call them directly.
I want have a desire to speak with anyone from that store again or to shop with them ever again.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Hello, My name is [redacted]. My husband and I opened complaint #[redacted] and I would like to add additional information to this complaint. My husband’s email address is [redacted]. We did contact [redacted] with Courtesy Chevrolet and met with him at his location on Tuesday, 2/16/16. He agreed to fix the issues we had with the used vehicle and provided us with a loner car from [redacted] while they fixed the issues. I didn’t respond to the Revdex.com answer right away because I wanted to make sure we were satisfied with agreed upon fixes that we spoke with [redacted] about. We picked up the vehicle today, 2/18/19, and we are satisfied and happy with the fixes. I would like it to be noted on the complaint that the company agreed to the fixes and the consumer is satisfied. Please let me know if I need to do anything further to make this change happen.
Regards,

Oakland Park Florida Store
Deceptive bait and trap practices. Went there to buy a new refrigerator and I mentioned another deal at Brand Smart for a complete kitchen suite. The salesperson told me to bring copy of ad and they would match. After leaving and coming back with the ad they reneged on their word so I left. I spoke with the manager Dean the next day who asked me to come in and they would honor the deal with their merchandise so I came back in, once there for another two hours the Manger Newton did exactly the same thing. Even though the salesperson had told him what the other manager had told her as well. These people are deceptive liars and I would not recommend them at all. Imagine being told to come back twice and lied to both times. The salesperson was very nice and tried to be helpful but to no avail, she was actually kind enough to provide me with the paperwork form the manager regarding pricing, I think she was embarrassed by the LIES and DECEPTIONS spewed by her management
We had a kitchen put in less than a year ago and have had nothing but problems. The quality of work is poor the quality of their products is cheap we have had cabinet doors fall off the sink leaks the wood fronts are cracking. We won't even buy a nail in Lowes anymore I drive 20min to Home Depot now I will never recommend LOWES to anyone
I ordered few item at lowe's (Winter Garden) and though they have those item in store they cancelled my order so that I can not use my $15 off out of $50 coupon. That is one time coupon.
I am sure they did it intentionally. I kept screen shot when I ordered those.
I am very [redacted] about this store now. Used them all the time and now they are harassing me.
Ordering my fence through Lowes was the biggest mistake ever. They outsourced it to a third party that installed the fence overlapping on the lot next door, despite clearly marked engineering surveys. Then they turned around and denied all responsibility citing ridiculous lies with nothing to back up their statements. After all that, they decided to start ignoring any contact from myself.
I'm honestly not sure if I was dreaming today with the nightmare I had to go through with Lowes customer service in Kill Devil Hills WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. 60 days ago I purchased a Samsung washing machine from Lowes for $800 I had to wait a week to receive this washer. I have been having issues with it non stop it freezes in the middle of cycles, wont drain, the spin cycle does not work, error codes come up etc. Pretty much its faulty. So I FIRST CALL SAMSUNG whom I was on the phone with for awhile who then refers me to call Lowes. I call Lowes and say I am having issues with a washer I purchased may I speak to someone about exchanging it. She then transfers me to appliances where the phone rings and no one answers, so the girl who transfers me picks up the phone and says "everyone is busy in that department do you want to leave your number or something" I ask if she could try to transfer me one more time, I am then transferred to two wrong departments before being hung up on. As I live about 3 blocks from there I decided to go up there to see just how busy they were that I deserved to be hung up on. I walk straight back to the appliance section and you would not believe my amazement when I see 5... FIVEEEE employees sitting in their rolling chairs just hanging out within range of the phone... shocker. I walk up and ask if one of them was able to help me and I proceed to tell her my issue and let her know that I am within my 90 days and I want to exchange my washer because it is faulty. She says "returns are within 30 days here is a number you can call for your issues". I then show her my receipt that says Lowes main goal is providing great customer service and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item in 90 days, she then calls her manager and I overheard the convo as I was standing right there "I told her 30 days, I told her call the number" she gets off the phone and says you have to call that number. I asked to speak with the manager and I am told "shes upfront you can go up there" ... thanks I would love to roam your store to find a manager. I then find the manager, Molly, (whom is near the guest service desk where 3 more employees were sitting hanging out so that is 8 employees that couldn't help me over the phone) again tell her the issue and explain I didn't spend $800 for a faulty washer that is now going to be a refurbished washer she says "I told her to call the service people for you" (please note she did not say that as I overheard their conversation but thank you for lying to me) Then you would think that she would LEAD BY EXAMPLE and call them for me like she supposedly asked her employee to do ... but she did not instead I dial them on my cell phone to then find I was given the wrong number, the manager then hands me the right number and walks away. I am put through an automated system then put on a 15 minute hold. The manager walks back over during this time with a highlighter takes my receipt highlights small writing that is on it then hands it to me and says we don't have to accept your return or exchange it after 30 days then walks away again. (Please note it took your manager several minutes to even find that clause on the back of the receipt, how is a customer supposed to find your hidden terms. But you put in bold 90 day returns!) Once someone answers the phone, PLEASE note Im sitting in their patio furniture department 15 feet from the service desk without ANY help or care from an associate, they ask me if my breaker box tripped... seriously. The washer wouldn't even power on if the breaker box was tripped. Then I was told that SAMSUNG WOULD BE IN TOUCH WITH ME WITHIN 24 HOURS..... WOW. When I leave zero recognition no "did you get it worked out" "did everything go ok" NOTHING! This has been an ongoing issue ... oh by the way I had left my number with the staff prior to this date and never got a call back... really doesn't surprise me but does explain why I opted out of leaving my number this time around. This is day 2 of my clothes sitting in water in a broken washer and my only hope is someone giving me a call within 24 hours. I am soon to be the owner of a $800 refurbished washing machine. Here is a more accurate mission statement: LOWES where you can buy your faulty/ refurbished appliances at the low low price of $800 the same cost as a new functional appliance which you should have received in the first place but we don't care , and getting treated like crap ... well that's free. Thanks.
Review: On Saturday, October 26, 2013, I went into Essentials to purchase a professional quality curling iron for my daughter who does beauty makeovers professionally. I found a curling iron which I found to be what my daughter asked for. At checkout, the employee stated that I had 10 days to return the item if it was defective. I acknowledged her statement, and proceeded to sign my credit card slip in the amount of $39.57. That day my daughter had two makeovers to do makeup and hair on. The curling iron immediately had an issue with the part/lever of the curling iron that you push to raise the piece on the curling iron that holds the hair in place. The lever was bending incorrectly, she had to keep fixing the plastic, and the hair kept getting stuck in the plastic nose at the end of the iron itself, pulling/tearing out hairs and hurting her clients. This never happened with any other professional curling iron she uses/used. On Saturday, November 2, 2013, 7 days after purchase, my daughter and I returned for a refund on the faulty curling iron. Both my daughter and I explained what was going on with the curling iron, that it was working improperly, and we'd like a refund. The cashier got the alleged manager. The manager then inspected the curling iron, and said we cant take this back, it's opened. I said, you have to open it to use it, and then to determine whether it works properly or not. She refused the return, then saying no returns on curling irons. I said it's broken. I was so upset I physically left the store and had my daughter and boyfriend handle it. They were very rude and confrontational in front of the other customers. They gave my daughter a customer service #. ###-###-####. This is a vague recording. I never received a call back. I called a NY Essentials, they said that was the right number for "[redacted]". I called again. No call back. I apparently need "[redacted]" to approve the return of the defective curling iron. Very bad business.Desired Settlement: I want a refund on my credit card for the faulty/defective curling iron so we may purchase a true professional one from a professional beauty supply store. I would also appreciate an apology from "[redacted]" for his uncooperative rude staff in the Bridgewater location. I felt misinformed, harassed, bullied and taken advantage of.
