The installers were great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done in 2 days and everything was cleaned up. I would recommend anyone to work this company.

We are very pleased with the work done in our basement. They were always on time for the job. All staff were very polite and professional. They kept us informed of what was being done for the day. They asked permission if additional work was needed. We highly recommend Everdry!

I had work done last October with the overall project being a challenge from start to finish. Poor workmanship, damaged walls, stairs, and storm door during work. Had to call owner to get satisfactory work or so I thought. What they sell they do not install and blame town codes for not installing exterior drainage, then why sell. Do not reduce price only scope of work when on site. Then when they left they improperly reinstalled my bubbler system which sunk, plugged bubbler, and froze last winter. I have been battling for 10 months to get repaired with 11 emails, photos, leaving work to review with them and plumber, have 5 emails with promised repair dates and still no success. I called owner last month and she never even returned my call. I may have to seek legal action to get addressed accordingly which I have patiently been trying to avoid since not a pricey repair per the plumber.

The people at Everdry are easy to work with. I was able to get an appointment the next day after I called. The repairman did the work I requested and cleaned up when he was finished.

This was a project that started in It should not have taken years to be resolvedThere have been visits to my home since 2012, only that have included Saturdays (which still required me to make schedule adjustments)Many of those visits have required significant repair I met with Jason on 2/26/and work was scheduled for 3/26/I was under the impression that Jason was supposed to be either completing the work or present while the work was being doneNot only was he not there, but his workers had to call him because they were not even sure what they were supposed to have done (left side of the EZBreathe or right side)Jason had told me left side, but the right side was completed As you stated, the Operations Manager and General Manager did come to my home on 3/30/(after a complaint of the 3/29/work-pictures were sent) and they "promised" this issue would be resolvedI did not sign any paperwork of satisfation for the work on 4/9/And as stated in my 4/25/complaint, I was told Walter would contact me within 1-business days (of 4/9/16) and receive a call from Jessica to follow upNeither of those happenedIn fact, Walter admitted to me that he "forgot" about the top capsThis is just unacceptable from someone who was trying to make this already complicated situation better At this time, I am satisfied with the work that was completed on 5/21/I decline the waive of the service agreement fee for years as I no longer wish to utilize EverdryIf any further repairs are needed, I will contact another companyI still feel strongly that the remainder of the loan should be paid based on all of the poor customer service and poor quality of work over the past yearsEven though some of those employees are no longer working for the company, there is no excuse for how I have been treated since the beginning I will not change my position on this, nor will I change my review left on your website (as that seemed to be the primary concern (of Jessica and Walter) the past few months) Thanks, [redacted]

I didnt know about everdry till I bought my house this past may. They have absolutely amazing, from their customer service to their workers! When their workers come out to do services they make sure that they are 100% when they are doing their work and including you in every step of the way!
I highly recommend getting Everdry system put in your house, you wont regret it!

Had a great experience with EverDry. The office staff was always very helpful and the foreman and his crew were wonderful. We had lost power the morning they were supposed to start and instead of leaving the foreman helped set up the generator and they worked the day in the dark. We are very happy with the completed project!

This is a great company to work with. The crew that did the job was terrific: polite, professional & very considerate of my pug. On Monday, at the start of the job, Ian, the foreman, said he’d have the work all completed on Friday & it was. Every morning Ian would let me know what the crew was going to do. Late afternoon, the job site was cleaned up & Ian walked me around to show what exactly had been done. He was able to answer my questions. It was a pleasure having them work on my home.

EverDry of Upstate NY was an excellent company to work with. Although seemed pricey, the work was 1st rate all the way.

Had a recent service call that was completely covered by our $50 annual warranty for the basement waterproofing work EveryDry did for us in 2013. Workers arrived on time, were friendly and polite, and cleaned everything up when they were done. The foreman was very thorough in explaining the work done (he even took pictures during the work to show what they did). No leaks since then despite several heavy rains. We're very pleased!

We had some major problems in our basement. a lot of water coming in through the walls and up through the floor and a pretty bad mold problem. We had Everdry come in and take care of everything and now we can stop worrying about the problems we have below where we live every day. It was a pretty painless process. A little messy and a lot of work. After 7 days and some rough weather to deal with they were done and all cleaned up. Now we can enjoy our home. The crew was very friendly and knowledgable. Any questions I had about the work was answered with professionalism. I would highly recommend Everdry for basement waterproofing.

Everdry has obtained a copy of a credit report in an effort to make sure that the person paying for waterproofing does not have a history of not paying for goods or servicesWe have attached a copy of the form that was signed by [redacted] allowing Everdry to obtain a credit reportWe do not have the ability to judge or to discriminate anyone offering to pay cash for the workThis form allows Everdry the right to obtain a credit report on any cash order to insure available funds or funding will be available at the time of completion of workWe have cancelled the order and have returned any funds that have been given to us at this timeUnfortunately we had obtained a credit report prior to the cancellation of the contract and we will not be able to remove the inquiry from any credit reportsThis form was signed and dated 8-12-the cancellation was notified to us on 8-15-

We had Everdry waterproof our basement about 15 years ago. We have maintained a relationship with a small annual fee so that we could call on them when needed - and we have not been disappointed. We started with a very wet basement and I was skeptical that it would work. In fact the waterproofing has held up very well over the years. And when we have had questions or concerns they have responded quickly. I have to say that it is rare to have an ongoing relationship with a company that has done work on our home but this company has great customer service. I recommend them.

Everydry did a really good job at keeping us informed as to what was going on once everything started going! We had a bit of a hiccup, but they were accommodating and more than willing to come back out and aid us with the issue we had. Now to get some new appliances and actually use our basement!! Thanks guys!!
