I would like to leave a review of the work that EVERDRY WATERPROOFING of NEW YORK did for us over 20 years ago. With water in our basement every time it rained it became obvious that we had to do something. EVERDRY did a great job, we had a small leak that they quickly fixed and a sump pump failure which they quickly replaced, no water in our basement and the sump pump hardly runs, an ever dry basement. Also, I had EVERDRY do work at my church on Chili Avenue around 12 years ago. We constantly had water in our lower level until they installed their water system and a sump pump which we didn't have, a failed sump pump was quickly replaced. There is a very small yearly maintenance fee, it's worth the money because it gives us a lifetime guarantee.

I am impressed with the work Ever Dry did. IN 2000 they put in a drainage system for me. It has worked very well. Recently they came to inspect that system and told me about EX Breathe ventilation system to help rid my cellar and first floor of dampness. It seemed like a great addition to my home. The employees were very knowledgeable, and efficient in their work. They explained all being done and how the system worked and what it would do for my home. They had to go through a block glass window and did an excellent job with no damage to the window, and it all looked very professional and nice when done. I am very impressed with all the personnel I have dealt with throughout this process.

Was very satisfied with the workers and the foreman. The crew was very polite and respectful. they were a pleasure to have in my home. Was not satisfied with the customer service when calling the office, as they did not return calls or call to let me know when they were sending people out. Was very happy with the work completed.

When I bought my home I knew there was a problem with occasional water in the basement. I tried solving with problem by improving grading and gutters which did not work. I had Everdry install their system and after a few additional modifications completely solved my water problem. I live in a wet area and have called for follow up service a few times and Everdry has always quickly resolved the problem. I’ve been an Everdry customer for over 20 years and would recommend their service.

Everdry updated an old system and installed an EZ Breathe filter. Our basement is super dry and worry free. Air quality is great now too!! Very happy with their work and customer service.

We have an old home. They waterproofed our basement for us. Put in an additional sump pump as a precaution. We keep up our yearly maintenance agreement. If we have problems, they come and get it done. I have to say that the only real issue was sump pump failure. We called, they came quickly and we were all set. I would recommend Everdry.

Everdry installed a drainage system in our basement along with a backup water powered sump pump. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and their response time to service calls is very fast. Our main pump stopped working while we were in the hospital for 3 nights. The back up pump SAVED us. If not for that our basement would have been filled with water. We called their service department and within 90 minutes they had someone at our door with a brand new pump to replace the faulty one. Unbelievable service and I could not be happier we chose them for the work!

Job got done in time said even if it was over a weekend. Basement has no smell and very warm now. New sump pump is so quiet!! Workers work extremely hard and on time or even early a few days!! Workers were extremely polite also. It is pricey we feel but it had to be done since we are staying in this house!! Only complaint is their cleanup leaves allot to be desired but then again they were not there to be cleanup people!!. Just finished 4 weeks ago and so far so good!!

Everdry installed a waterproofing system and removed the mold in my basement. If I need to call with an issue, they are very quick to respond and get someone to my house.

Everdry did a great job for us. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They had to do extra work in the yard for the drainage and had to come back to make sure it was working right.The staff was always very professional .

I had Everdry come in a while ago because my basement would get water at the craziest times. I saw them at the Erie County Fair and the lady talked to me about everything they offer and loved how they would come to the house to talk more with out knowing if I would do this. when the guy came over and I showed him what I had we talked about everything and worked out that this was something I needed done. they workers that came where very nice, the mess to very little plugged any holes my wall might have as well. before they left they even helped me put my washer and dryer back.
I have been very happy going with Everdry, I have not had one problem and my basement is dry as a bone.. both my son and myself have been feeling so much better health wise as well and this was a huge point for me.
if you are looking for a really good company to come in and give you honest answers this is the company. they did not try to sell me more then I needed and knew what I could afford and worked with me.

Anyone who is having problems with water in there basement Ever Dry is who you want to call.
I was very pleased with the job they did. They are all very Professional. They would explain what they would be doing and at the end of each day take you outside and inside so they could show you and always ask if you might have any questions.
They covered everything before starting the job and cleaned up everything when they finished. It only took them 4 days very fast for the amount of work they had to do. Large job!
