Using this company was one of the best choices I have ever made. They must have been sent by an angel, they came to me in a time of need as my basement would flood ever time we had a rain storm. I had tried other methods to resolve the issue but none of them worked. I found them to be very courteous and answered all of my questions. I was kept informed of progress and everything was done in a very timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone having the same issues.

To whom it may concern: We understand that Jean Falkey is upset about us covering up her gravity drain Jean did contract Everdry to put in a pressure relief system as part of her contract We spoke with Jean and about the placement of our crock and sump pump during the
installation process Jean did in fact sign off that the placement was okay Our pressure relief system would take the place of her gravity drain Jean's system was installed in April Jean signed a completion certificate stating she was happy with the work Jean would like her gravity drain back because she does not want to pay for the electricity Everdry scheduled an appointment to review these concerns and explain to her that she contracted us to put a sump pump in her home to pump water out of the foundation Everdry wants the customer to be happy so we have an appointment scheduled to go out the week of November 7th to attempt to let her utilize her gravity drain so she will not have to pay the electricity Please let us know if there is any other information needed.SincerelyJessica R***General Manager

I was very pleased with the work Everdry Waterproofing did in my basement. The crew was very efficient and the foreman showed me and explained each stage of progress made. When the work was finished he walked me through everything that was done inside and outside and explained everything I needed to know about how to operate the equipment. The salesman and office staff were also extremely helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend Everdry Waterproofing to anyone in need of basement wall repairs due to water damage.

Revdex.com:While I do still take issue with this company's treatment of customers and some of what was said in their response, we will try to work with them to resolve this issueHowever, if Jessica continues to treat us the way she has prior to the complaint (constantly cutting you off when speaking with her, yelling at you, and simply saying that we are wrong without actually listening to what is being said), I am sure there will be deeper issuesAfter speaking with the neighbors, they have informed us that they have NOT received any notification in the mail or otherwise from Everydry but that they are okay with running a line on their propertyAgain, we will try to work with the company and see if this issue can be resolved.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Had work done during short week after xmas...crew was on time and immediately went to work...crew chief checked with me at every milestone of the project...final day of work was raining...crew went above and beyond to clean up the site...cannot be more pleased by the experience.
And during the torrential rains of New Year's eve, basement was bone dry...great experience all around with company.

As a new home owner in 2016 that had an Everdry service contract from work done in 2005 I had a service call in 2018. Everdry replaced the sump pump, switch and check valve making the system like new-- at no cost. What a great service.

I have been with Everdry 7 years now and I highly recommend them. They not only fixed my basement but their process makes everything look nice. I do pay the yearly insurance and have had a few concerns over the years. All I have to do is call and they send someone out and address my concerns. I am very happy with the Everdry Waterproofing System

Our basement had mold and dampness on the walls. Jimmy did our inspection and gave us a estimate. We realized then that we had to get our basement fixed. The Ez Breathe is a huge help with the mold we had and my husbands breathing conditions. After we had Everdry Waterproofing install their system we had some power outages during storms. The battery back up system worked and never had a problem. Gives us a peace of mind because our basement is finished. If we have any problems they set up a time and came out to fix the problem. Every gentleman we have had our has been helpful. Thanks again Everdry!

Our contract was signed 06/05/2018 for the interior and exterior "drainage system" with Everdry. From the moment our signature went onto that paper it was the equivalent of signing our own death warrants. This complaint is filed under Customer Service Issues for the mere fact that there is no option to select for unprofessional, unreliable, and failure to provide services. After our initial signatures were on the contract the company wanted to make several other appointments because they "forgot to have us sign just this one form." And then a week later it would be another meeting for something else or another form they did not fill out properly. I work a twelve hour rotating schedule so I might not be home potentially for some of the days the work was going to be happening. As a result scheduling all of these additional meetings took away from my days off of work and my own personal schedule. On one of these occasions they stated that both my wife and I HAD to be present. This required both of us to take off of work that day. On the day of this meeting no one showed up at the scheduled time. An hour and a half after our meet time I called office to inquire as to what was happening. They told me they called me an hour ago and left a message that they cancelled the meeting. They had both mine and my wife's phone numbers in their computer system, this also wasn't the first time the company had contacted me for something, clearly they have both of our numbers correct in their system however they only made one attempt to get in contact with either of us. This caused me to again have to reschedule yet another meeting with them and also caused us to be late to another obligation that I had that day.

The project finally began on 10/1/2018 which was a Monday, I had to work that Monday and Tuesday 10/1 and 10/2. We have a walk in basement with garage access, so I left them a default code to get into the basement since I would not be there the first two days of the project. When I got home Monday night to observe the progress from that day I noticed a few things that I was immediately not satisfied with. One being that a pair of my own personal work gloves were covered in concrete dust and dirt as though they had been used. Further more I noticed that a ceramic tile in the middle of my basement floor was cracked from them throwing their jackhammer chisel first right onto the tile. This was showing me signs of a company that employed workers that did not take pride in their work and have a rather lazy and unprofessional respect for their customers or "HO's" as in homeowners as they call us. However this issue was nothing more than something that would require me to discuss it with the foreman. I decided to wait till Wednesday when I was home so I could have this conversation with him face to face which is how I prefer to do business.

In the utility room of the basement I have two cabinets that are filled with my personal expensive tools, the style of these cabinets did not allow for me to have a adequate way to lock them. I came up with the next best option and tied their doors shut and photographed the inside and outside of the them prior to work being done to ensure nothing would be touched without me knowing.

Tuesday night is when I lost total trust and faith in the company. I arrived home to find completely different knots tied on my cabinets and evidence that the items inside were drastically moved around. While thankfully nothing was stolen, that could simply be because whoever accessed this area without my permission could have been interrupted before they had the chance to. Regardless of if something was stolen or not this was clearly a sealed off area to which I had a reasonable expectation of privacy. They being the employees, and as an extension Everydry disregarded my rights to privacy by opening those cabinets and then attempted to cover it up by retying the knots sealing the doors back up. I Immediately called the company that night to file a complaint with them.

On Wednesday 10/3 the same crew minus one crew member showed up to my house I immediately told to the foreman no one was allowed into the house unless I was personally with them. This caused me to have to be in the basement with them while jackhammered and tore up concrete in my basement all day. I then had asked the foreman where they planned on putting the discharge for the exterior drainage system. He informed me that they did not lay any drainage pipe and only dug up around the foundation, and sealed it. This was not was discussed during the sales portion during our purchase. I was told I would be receiving an exterior drainage system with it. I was told this not just by one salesman Steve S, but also by the head of sales representatives Brandon T. However when it came time to the actual install this was conveniently not the work that was being done. The look on the foreman's face was one of shock when he had to tell me that they were not laying drain pipe. I demanded that a representative from the company come out immediately to resolve this issue. The crew over the first two days had already dug up and back filled two out of the three sides of the house that was supposed to have the drain installed. Through my clear distaste and displeasure I demanded to know what was going on. The only thing that they could tell me was it was a miscommunication. However with everything experienced up to that point I feel as the company was attempting to scam me and got caught. Had I not of asked a simple question about discharge location they would have finished the project and led me to believe I had and paid for a exterior drain system when in fact that was nothing but some tar slapped on the side of the house. After talking to several company reps they agreed to re-dig up the foundation to the house and lay the drain pipe. However this turned a 3 day project into a 5 day project. At this point I had simply wanted nothing to do with this company or the same people who had invaded my privacy anywhere near my property. On Thursday 10/4 I wanted them gone they had a rookie on the crew who was moving slow, in order to speed the process up I actually had to pick up a shovel and help them complete the project for that day. And they still hardly finished what they were supposed to for that day. I have never had to help a contractor complete the work to house. I did this for two main reasons as I said I did not want them on my property and longer than necessary, and two because I lost all faith in them to do complete the job professionally and correctly. My faith in the quality of the employees the company hires dropped even further that day. A employee was talking about how he had been"shot back when he was a drug dealer." When we signed our contract I had asked our sales reps if their employees were background checked, to which both had told me that they do background checks on their employees. Hearing this statement clearly proves that is a lie, which makes me wonder as to what else they could lie to their customers about.

Prior to the crew leaving on 10/4 I discussed with the foreman what work was left since I would have to be at work the next day. We had both discussed the plan for what work was to be completed on 10/5. All that was left on the project was for them to seal the back and front porches, and clean up the mud that was all over the patio, and siding of the house.
When I returned home that Friday night I found that they did not clean the side of the house and left mud all over every vertical surface of the house, and leaving spare and extra drain pipe, plastic wrap and other garbage all over the property. The front porch was extremely poorly sealed to the point to which the calking they used had dripped through and left holes in some of the gaps completely defeating the purpose of the work. The back porch was never even touched or attempted. This AGAIN required me to have to call the company and schedule yet another appointment to come out and not just fix but finish the agreed upon contracted job and clean up their mess.
The project was only recently finally finished over a month after it was supposed to be finished, and had to be completed personally by the head of their product line department.

After all of this the company's initial offer to me was free 10 year service guarantee. Their service guarantee only costs $75.00 per year, this equates to $750.00 over the span of 10 years. This is nothing in savings to me, now imagine what this costs a company like Everydry, its pennies to the dollar. This showed me exactly how much they valued their customers. I was able to convince them to give us a 10 year free service guarantee that is transferable to a new homeowner, and $750.00 in cash. However this is still nothing compared to what is truly deserved. Not only did they fail to provided the services that were agreed upon, but their lack of trustworthiness reliability led me to having to do a lot of the work for them.
This job costed me $14,660 and I do not see work or even quality of work that comes anywhere near that number, since they failed to initially provided agreed upon services and took multiple attempts to correct the work and my personal interjection to correct.

Then after the company called me to a "satisfaction review" and telling the woman that my experience was horrible and I intended to notify the Revdex.com I received a call from someone else who then attempted to bribe or convince me to not file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

During *** installation job the sales manager *** went out to the home to address Mr. concerns. Upon leaving, before the completion of the job, Jim and Robert came to an agreement for a reimbursement of $750 off the original price of the job, as well as a $100 gift card, and 10 years of free service (see attached). Upon completion of the job, the Homeowner wrote a letter regarding his experience with the job. In that letter he stated that ownership did attempt to make corrective measures to compensate him for the experience . The homeowner reached out to the office with additional concerns. After speaking to the operations manager, Walter H Mr. said that he no longer wanted anyone out to the home (see attached notes). Everdry is still willing to come and address any concerns which is part of his service agreement. In relation to the background checks on employees, Everdry complies with all equal employment laws, including those that prohibit discrimination against individuals based on prior criminal convictions, while carefully screening its employees to ensure that the mannler in which they perform services will always meet Everdry's high ethical standards.

I just purchased a house that has Everdry installed and I transferred the warranty over, system is great, people are friendly and professional, I'm happy with my decision, don't have to worry about anything they maintain everything at a reasonable price. PH Cicero

We just completed the basement waterproofing project. The crew was hard working and courteous. The foreman kept us informed throughout the project. One issue did arise but the production manager quickly resolved it to our satisfaction. We would recommend Everdry if considering basement waterproofing.
