Good Afternoon, Our records show that the client placed an order with Exact Data on Feb10th, with a due date of Feb17th, The order was filled on 2/17/The data file turned over was in line with the targeting details listed on the purchase orderHowever the client informed Exact Data he was less than satisfied with the file and in an effort to resolve matters amicably, our VP of Client Services supplied the client with a replacement fileThe client subsequently placed a charge back through his credit card company, which the credit card company found in Exact Data's favorOnce again the client reached out to Exact Data and although we were no longer obligated to contact the client we did our best to work with the client to resolve mattersWe have since reached out to the client directly to work toward an amicable resolution,we have made offers to the client and both offers were denied

It was hard to know whether I should write a review or report a scam on this company They represented that the data they are selling is from [redacted] & [redacted] , it is not They sold me a list that did not comply with the order that I placedThey promised to rectify the issue but would not reply to phone calls or emailsDo not purchase any lists from Exact Data, the price is not worth it

This company promised to provide a list and did notAfter identifying their error they sent the issue to their 'research' Dept taking more timeAfter recognizing they were unable to provide the service promised I cancelled and was hit with a 10% feeWhat a scam and what a rip off

Our records indicate that the client did purchase $5k records and those records were turned over on 9/16/It also shows that additional records were turned over to the client on 9/25/at no additional cost to the clientHowever, we we will reach out to the client directly in hopes of resolving this matter amicably

Thank you for your feedback our records show that our Client Support Department followed up with you regarding this matter: Jim, Upon further review, our records indicate that the data provided was pulled correctly according to the agreed upon targeting details Our service was to provide the following: Targeting Details: B2C Postal, Email-Client Deploy, Telephone Geography: Florida Demographics/Selects: LIST MODEL: Accredited Investors Multi-Use: Postal, Email-Client Deploy, Telephone Multi-Use This was executed correctly and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth Note the section highlighted above as you have agreed to receive a modeled list of accredited investors The data turned over was pulled to reflect that information Furthermore, the data you agreed to receive is self-reported by the consumer We do our best to be forthcoming, which is why this is outlined in our Terms and Conditions: Specific attributes are captured online, from surveys or modeled by Exact Data or by one of our suppliers We all work very hard here at Exact Data to deliver a quality product and maintain good relationships with our clients however, based on our findings the list provided was done so in accordance with the agreed upon termsFurthermore, a presentation of a call log is standard practice in any case where the phones may be disconnected Unfortunately the report has not been provided In this instance a refund would not be warranted because the order was filled per specifications

Bobby [redacted] , think that is his name, blew up my phone today (10/21/2016) about a deal he hadWhen I told him I no longer wanted the offer, he said "OK" and hung upAny chance of working with these people in the future are out the window

I ordered a list and was then told it would take days AFTER they tried to bill me Against **/ [redacted] rules to do thisThey then wanted to charge me $to rush this same daythey then billed me times This appears to be a scam stick with ***

Having worked in marketing for 20+ years, this was by far the worst list I have ever purchased I called and emailed my rep and customer service multiple times over a two week period and nobody would call me back or try to address the issue

Exact Data failed to stand by any of their claims. Do not use this company...
Exact Data is not exact at all -- change the name to Crap Data.
Just a marketing company to get your cash with no results.
They have a system to fight the credit card company as well to allow no refunds -- Please Beware...

The customer purchased a list
of phone numbers for doctors in counties in FloridaAfter contacting the leads a different associate reached out claiming the charge for the order was fraudulentWe were able to confirm that was not the case
After that conversation, *** insisted these individuals were too old to attend their conference/seminar even though the order itself was simply for doctors in a specific geographyWe explained if there was an error with the data we would refund the client record-for-record
At this point the client sent a list of phone numbers without identifying which numbers were good or badWe dialed through a sample of the phone numbers and found only one phone number was not in service and every other call was directed to an individual or a working voicemail
