Good Morning,We are sorry that you have had this experience. It looks like you were in the system twice. One of your contacts was placed on the DNC but not the other. You have been removed from our outbound calling database and placed on our DNC. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The individual continues to ignore how this was sold to me by their sales person. Had he used the language that she used to disclaim the database I would have never purchased it.  It's obvious internally they don't communicate well within Exact data.  My complaint still stands.  I would never do business with this company again.  They operate completely out of integrity on how they represent their product.

Even after the complaint was filed, the vendor did not call back to resolve the issue, or did they try to credit my account, I called the credit card company to stop payment, this is a very poorly run company, and I have never had such bad response to a product, I have been in business for forty years and never, never had a vendor show so much disrespect after the payment was made, as I said before they called every week trying to get our business, and then the payment was made and they never called for the delivery of the product, nor did they communicate within their company to resolve the issue, I would strongly avoidthis company, or attempt to do any business with them. 0 star rating....

Exactdata has NO basis for demanding payment for a product I can NOT use. Just because they were able to charge my credit card up front does not justify being paid for a product I can not use. Are you Exactdata that desperate. Perhaps other customers are rejecting your useless services and this is your last desperate effort to sell useless information.

the data file provided to the client was executed correctly according to the targeting details within the order and signed off on by the client. Direct lines was not a specification listed nor do we guarantee 100% deliverable email records as we cannot guarantee how a customer chooses to deploy their email list.
In addition our purchase order clearly states the following:Client acknowledges that Exact Data does not guaranty email delivery by Client or Client`s 3rd party service provider; many third party email deployment services do not permit you to deploy purchased email. Inform yourself prior to purchasing email data.
However, we are willing to work with the client and have asked for the client to provide the bounce report and upon receipt will be in a better position to help.

These people are unreal. I am in the call center business and they just tekemarketed me. I answered the call and the agent said hi to me and said he was following up to several emails and voicemails that he left me. I told him he never did either and he laughed and said "I know, just kidding." Then he proceeded to ask me if he could update my account information, I told him I don't have an account with him. He said "I know." Really??? Told the guy to buzz off and take me off his list. I have been in the business 25 years and any company that resorts to these tactics is not legit. Gives us all a bad name.
