They have not addressed one single issue I have had with this company over the last couple of years (except what I have previously stated-I never did business with them)
Also, to request that this case is "invalid" is an insult to me and the harassment, aggravation and repeated requests and demands that I be left alone says a great deal about this company's integrity and the employees that I had the displeasure of dealing with over the last couple of yearsThey know no shame
Only now, after I file a complaint that will be seen publicly and may cost Exact Data customers and $$$ are they willing to remove my personal info from their "CRM." The unwelcome phone calls and emails should have ceased from the very first time I requested it
Therefore, I do not accept the "response" from this companyThis "response" is just another perfect example of how this company operates and the type of people they employ

Good Afternoon, Our records show that the client placed an order with Exact Data on Feb10th, 2016 with a due date of Feb17th, The order was filled on 2/17/The data file turned over was in line with the targeting details listed on the purchase orderHowever the client informed
Exact Data he was less than satisfied with the file and in an effort to resolve matters amicably, our VP of Client Services supplied the client with a replacement fileThe client subsequently placed a charge back through his credit card company, which the credit card company found in Exact Data's favorOnce again the client reached out to Exact Data and although we were no longer obligated to contact the client we did our best to work with the client to resolve matters.We have since reached out to the client directly to work toward an amicable resolution,we have made offers to the client and both offers were denied

Exact Data has supplied the data file for this order in line with the requested targeting details confirmed by the customerWe can also confirm that the customer has attempted to reverse the charge on three different occassions through their credit cared company and each time the fiancial
institution found in favor of Exact DataWith that being said although we do our best to resolve matters amicably once the client chose to pursue the financial institution as a means to resolve their concerns,we have no choice but to let it run that courseIn this instance we were found to have provided the data file in accordance with the agreed upon terms and conditions and as such a refund is not warranted

I am an entrepreneur who purchased data services from Exact Data and I am very unsatisfied with the product, service, and overall experience with the companyI bought an email list from sales representative Dan *** for $1500, expecting to get great value for my startup businessThis purchase equated to a list of 15,supposedly accurate, targeted emailsAs a reasonable person, I expected a few of these emails to be non-functioning, but after doing my research through a 3rd party email scrubber, I discovered that only 12,of the emails were active addressesA 20% failure rate is unacceptable and refutes what your company claims to be all about: highly targeted marketing leadsA statistic like this shows that you are flat out lying to your customersThroughout the whole process, Mr*** was unresponsive, poor at communicating, and lacking in informationHis habit of making promises he couldn’t keep is a poor business practiceI also worked with another individual, Dijana ***, a customer service representative, who failed to communicate that I needed to approve a message in the portal, an essential step in the processBetween the poor customer service, inaccurate data, and lack of communication, I am very dissatisfied with Exact Data and will be sharing my experience with friends and coworkers who would consider using products or services provided by this company

Approximately five years ago, I reached out to Exact Data regarding the purchase of some mailing lists After speaking with a sales rep, I decided not to purchase any data from them Since that time, I have continued to receive weekly phone calls and emails from multiple sales reps that they cycle through their business I have told every one of them to remove my info from their records but they still continue to call and email I would never do business with a company that seems so desperate to make a sale

I contacted Exact Data in about possibly buying distribution lists for a company I was affiliated with then We never purchased the lists and I ceased working for the company that same year Since then, I receive phone calls from Exact Data on a daily/weekly basis, despite telling them repeatedly that I no longer work for the company that had needed their lists This past week alone I received phone calls!!!!!!
