Over priced all the lists I've had them quoteNever stop calling me even after I asked them to take me off their list

I opted into their website to get more information about their business on Sept All I wanted was to learn more about them and their servicesI had requested a sample of what kind of information they include in their lists
Since then, I have received calls almost daily (during work hours)Many times more than once per day
Since I am not able to answer my cell at work (duh), I emailed them"Please discontinueI have gotten 1-phone calls a day for months from this number"
Their reply: "Ok, I guess you don’t need what you requested."
I have people from their company contacting me, my phone is constantly going off and when you finally talk to them, they are rude to you
Hopefully their unsubscribe worksI don't trust that it will

They have not addressed one single issue I have had with this company over the last couple of years (except what I have previously stated-I never did business with them)
Also, to request that this case is "invalid" is an insult to me and the harassment, aggravation and repeated requests and demands that I be left alone says a great deal about this company's integrity and the employees that I had the displeasure of dealing with over the last couple of yearsThey know no shame
Only now, after I file a complaint that will be seen publicly and may cost Exact Data customers and $$$ are they willing to remove my personal info from their "CRM." The unwelcome phone calls and emails should have ceased from the very first time I requested it
Therefore, I do not accept the "response" from this companyThis "response" is just another perfect example of how this company operates and the type of people they employ

We are sorry to hear this, however based on the contact information provided by the consumer, we do not show they are in our database. The email is not registering, the contact name is not showing up and no phone number is listed. We have no problem with removing the consumer from the system...

These people have no idea how to conduct their business. They don't answer your questions adequately but then continue to harass you to buy their service even when it doesn't fit your needs. And the absolute worst thing is that they don't even do basic data checks on their potential customers as to when is the best time to call. I've been called 4 times by this same company and each time, they called me in the middle of the night when I'm fast asleep! Even when I tell them nicely that I don't need anything and please do not spam call me at 2-3am, they continue to do so! Really pisses me off. Such a bad experience all round.

I am rejecting this response because: I was sold bed email who do not want to be contacted and you lied saying they wanted to be contacted , you lied to me and tricked me into buying you bad emails. Horrible company never buy because it you have a bad experience THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU AND THEY LIE! NOT RESOLVED!!!

I've also had a similar problem with the list they gave me. It was 90% inaccurate and just gave me problems at the end with people I had contacted through that list. I was wondering if you could tell me a little more about what kind of list they gave you and if you tried to do something to fix the problem? I'm not sure what I can do, but could use some advice

We reached out to the client on several occassions in hopes of resolving matters amicably. The client agreed to a partial reimbursement but then charged...

back for the entire amount through his payment provider. Once this was done, we reached out again in hopes of rectifying the issue. We informed the client that we could not provide the refund unless he withdrew the chargeback. We explained to the client if he did not withdraw the chargeback, we would have to work directly with the banking institution. He did not withdraw and as such the matter was turned over to our Financial Resolution department who has been in contact with the banking institution. We did our best to handle this matter directly and hope this matter can now be closed.

Our records show that someone from our Client Support team reached out to the customer on 2 separate occasions with no feedback from the customer. We do our best to resolve all matters amicably but cannot issue a full refund when the file was pulled in accordance with the agreed upon terms.

conversions, or inbox delivery is never guaranteed. Do not expect to be profitable deploying email for standalone direct marketing offers or surveys, not supported by other marketing efforts. Unsupported, well targeted email typically works well only for branding, awareness or lead generation campaigns...".  Part of receiving the list turnover is to continue to market to these individuals.As a courtesy, we would be willing to re-deploy the campaign as a make good.  Let us know if you would like to take that offer.

This was executed correctly and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth.  Note the section highlighted above as you have agreed to receive a modeled list of accredited investors. 
The data turned over was pulled to reflect that information.  Furthermore, the data you agreed to receive is self-reported by the consumer.  We do our best to be forthcoming, which is why this
is outlined in our Terms and Conditions:
 
 
            Specific attributes are captured online, from surveys or modeled by Exact Data or by one of our suppliers.
 
 
We all work very hard here at Exact Data to deliver a quality product and maintain good relationships with our clients however, based on our findings the list provided was done so in accordance
with the agreed upon terms. Furthermore, a presentation of a call log is standard practice in any case where the phones may be disconnected.  Unfortunately the report has not been provided. 
In this instance a refund would not be warranted because the order was filled per specifications.

Thank you for your follow-up. Our apologies it took longer than anticipated, however we had to seek out the charge-back information you mentioned. That is an entirely different department. Upon review of all the details, once a client has initiated a charge-back through their banking institution all rights to resolve the matter directly are forfeited. This matter then becomes an issue that is handled through merchant services. Your banking institution ruled in our favor and as such reversed the charge-back, allocating the funds back to Exact Data. This matter has been closed on our end and any further correspondence would need to be handled through your banking institution.
