Our records show that the client placed an order with Exact Data on Feb. 10th, 2016  with a due date of Feb. 17th, 2016. The order was filled on 2/17/2016. The data file turned over was in line with the targeting details listed on the purchase order. However...

the client informed Exact Data he was less than satisfied with the file and in an effort to resolve matters amicably, our VP of Client Services supplied the client with a replacement file. The client subsequently placed a charge back through his credit card company, which the credit card company found in Exact Data's favor. Once again the client reached out to Exact Data and although we were no longer obligated to contact the client we did our best to work with the client to resolve matters.
We have since reached out to the client directly to work toward an amicable resolution,we have made 2 offers to the client  and both offers were denied.

I ordered a list and was then told it would take 3 days AFTER they tried to bill me. Against **/[redacted] rules to do this... They then wanted to charge me $100 to rush this same day... they then billed me 3 times.... This appears to be a scam stick with [redacted]

This company promised to provide a list and did not. After identifying their error they sent the issue to their 'research' Dept taking more time. After recognizing they were unable to provide the service promised I cancelled and was hit with a 10% fee. What a scam and what a rip off

to provide the following:   Targeting Details: B2C Postal, Email-Client Deploy, Telephone Geography: Florida Demographics/Selects: LIST MODEL: Accredited Investors   Multi-Use: Postal, Email-Client Deploy, Telephone Multi-Use This was executed correctly and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth.  Note the section highlighted above as you have agreed to receive a modeled list of accredited investors.  The data turned over was pulled to reflect that information.  Furthermore, the data you agreed to receive is self-reported by the consumer.  We do our best to be forthcoming, which is why this is outlined in our Terms and Conditions:              Specific attributes are captured online, from surveys or modeled by Exact Data or by one of our suppliers.  We all work very hard here at Exact Data to deliver a quality product and maintain good relationships with our clients however, based on our findings the list provided was done so in accordance with the agreed upon terms. Furthermore, a presentation of a call log is standard practice in any case where the phones may be disconnected.  Unfortunately the report has not been provided.  In this instance a refund would not be warranted because the order was filled per specifications.

We are sorry to hear this, however based on the contact information provided by the consumer, we do not show they are in our database. The email is not registering, the contact name is not showing up and no phone number is listed. We have no problem with removing the consumer from the system...

Exact Data claims an accuracy % in the 90% range so I purchased a list from the company in the summer of 2015. I ordered a business to business list, but received only consumer information. It took them several weeks to send a new list. Once the new list was received, over 80% of the leads had wrong numbers! Their "escalation process" again took several weeks and when I expressed my irritation over the delays, they stopped communicating entirely. They not only wasted the financial investment I made in the leads, I had payroll expenses and time lost on my project as well.
Exact Data is by far the WORST list broker I've ever dealt with!

I've also had a similar problem with the list they gave me. It was 90% inaccurate and just gave me problems at the end with people I had contacted through that list. I was wondering if you could tell me a little more about what kind of list they gave you and if you tried to do something to fix the problem? I'm not sure what I can do, but could use some advice
