Homeowners pay us $0 to join our program, $0 to be a member, $0 if they sell their home some day using any cooperating broker they choose among our more than 5,000 cooperating broker offices across the USA, $0 if they never sell their home. homeowner has ever paid us one penny. We pay our members between $300 and $10,000 to be a member (amount determined by the value of the member home when they join our program). [redacted] spoke with an independent contractor marketer employed by a third party marketer (not by us) about our wonderful program for homeowners (although it sounds like the independentcontractor marketer failed to accuraltey explain the awesome program to [redacted]). The marketer is no longer marketing our program. We, as a licensed real estate broker, enter into cooperating broker referral agreements with other brokers. We are in long term agreements with more than 1,000 real estate brokerages across the United States, comprising more than 5,000 offices, and in those offices are more than 250,000 licensed real estate agents. Among our more than 1,000 contracted cooperating brokers are 70% of the 100 largest brokerages in the United States (almost all of the other 30% are in states in which we are not active). We give our members cash benefits to spend on whatever they want to buy themselves, on average years before they sell their home! And they can keep it even if they never sell their home! When the home sells in the future, the cooperating broker pays us an industry standard referral fee (which costs our members $0).  We ALWAYS put our homeowner members, our clients, first, above all else. Pursuant to [redacted] wishes, even though he acknowledges he signed up for the program, we have cancelled [redacted] (and his wife's) registration in our program, and as a result, as [redacted] desires, we will not be paying [redacted] and his wife $1,000 (for which [redacted] and his wife would have paid $0). Thank you.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I find the language used by the company to be disrespectful, ignorant and offensive. To insinuate that I am not an intelligent person, they named their program after it's members, Smart Homeowners. I find it funny that they keep bashing realtors and brokers, as well as myself, instead of simply complying with my request. The fact that [redacted] corporate office, has never heard of them is funny. instead of just dropping this, they result to insults and defamation. This shows the true nature of the company and the fact that they never did address the apparent fraud that had been committed. I will continue to elevate this to my attorney general's office to stop these horrible people from trying to scam anyone else.
They have sent me a letter and email stating that they have cancelled "the contract/agreement". I will accept that but I do wish for an apology for the offensiveness of their reply to you.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

An officer of our company will be calling Mrs [redacted], and will resolve her concerns, or will cancel her membership in the program, for which she pays $0. We will also follow up with the real estate brokers she mentioned in her complaint, as their statements are incorrect, and inappropriate.

No homeowner has ever paid us one penny.   We pay our members between $300 and $10,000 to be a member (amount determined by the value of the member home when they join our program).   [redacted] acknowledges that her husband spoke with an independent contractor marketer employed by a third party marketer (not by us) about our wonderful program for homeowners. Contrary to the statement [redacted] claims her ‘Realtor’ told her, any real estate broker referenced at our website is in a long-term contract with our company, corporate HQ to corporate HQ, and not all agents (‘realtors’) know about their company’s contracts with us. It is disheartening for us knowing what we do is GREAT for homeowners, and is FREE for homeowners. Anyone suggesting otherwise is ignorant of the facts, and will soon be held accountable in a court of law for making false statements about us.   And contrary to another of [redacted]’s false statements, we tried calling her three times, all such calls never returned by her.   Knowing homeowners have never been asked to pay us one penny, and no homeowner has ever paid us one penny, it is illogical, bizarre, that anyone could try to suggest we are a scam. And unless someone can explain how such a thing could even be possible, those making such false, libelous statements should get a grip on the facts before violating the law by making false claims about us, let alone such absurd false claims, false claims with no possible basis in fact.   Happy Holidays.   Thank you.

According to our records, [redacted] husband Brandon spoke with an independent
contractor marketer employed by a third party marketer (not by us) about our
wonderful program for homeowners. The marketer is no
longer marketing our program.
[redacted] incorrectly states she was again being invited to join our wonderful program for homeowners. She likely misunderstood our reminder that our membersreceive an extra $50 for every new member they invite to join our program (each new member getting $300 to $10,000 from us, for which they pay us $0). So, in other words, the more money our members help us to pay to their friends and family, we provide them with more member rewards, with no limit. A member can invite another 20 members to join our wonderful program for homeowners, and when they do, we send the inviting member an additional $1,000! If they invite another 100 members, such as through their [redacted] page, we pay them an extra $5,000!
We, as a licensed real estate broker, enter into
cooperating broker referral agreements with other brokers. We are in long term agreements with more than 1,000 real estate

[redacted] makes the impossible statement that our program is 'some kind of scam'. Such statements are absurd. We pay our members between $300 and $10,000 each. Our members pay us $0. No homeowner has even been asked to pay us one penny, no homeowner has ever paid us one penny. If [redacted] could be so kind as to explain how we could possibly be a scam, we would surely like to know. Reality is it is impossible that our program could be a scam, which is why whenever anyone suggests such a thing, and we ask how could it possibly be a scam, we never get an answer!
So, if [redacted] thinks it is better for [redacted] and her husband to NOT receive $300 to $10,000 from us, for which they would have paid us $0, then [redacted] indeed should not be a
member of our Smart Homeowners Program (we named the program for our members).
Pursuant to her wishes, we have cancelled her and husband's registration in our
program, and as a result, as [redacted] desires, we will not be paying [redacted]
and her husband $300 to 10,000 (for which they would have paid $0).

[redacted] confirms that he spoke with an independent contractor
marketer employed by a third party marketer (not by us) about our wonderful

accurately explain the program to him. The marketer is no longer marketing our

We, as a licensed real estate broker, enter into
cooperating broker referral agreements only with other brokers, and never with

On a home such as [redacted] home, [redacted] would
have received $500 from us for being in the program.
We ALWAYS put our homeowner members, our clients,
first, above all else.
So, if [redacted] thinks it is better for [redacted] to NOT receive $500 from us, for which he would have paid us $0, then [redacted] indeed should not be a member of our

acknowledge in his complaint that he gave his information and agreed to be
in the program, we have cancelled his registration in our
program, and as a result, as [redacted] desires, we will not be paying [redacted] $500 (for which he would have paid $0).
We never understand when someone such as [redacted] contacts us, we speak with them and they never tell us they want to cancel their agreement, and instead go ahead and waste the time of someone at the Revdex.com, and in our office, by filing a nonsensical complaint such as this the next day after speaking with us. [redacted] should have simply told our representative of his desire to not receive $500 from us for which he would have paid us $0.
Thank you.

We stated in our reply, "according to our records"... we did not state that they spoke to one of our marketers... since we were not present, we cannot confirm or deny that they did so, or did not do so. As we stated, we have cancelled their registration, at no cost to them, and this matter should be deemed to be closed and satisfactorily resolved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I did receive an email stating that they have cancelled any account that I have with them.  The only thing that I do disagree with them about is brokers in my area.  Upon checking again today on their website I still receive the message "We're sorry, our program isn't available in your zip code right now. We're adding new locations all the time though. If you want us to notify you when our program is available in your area, please provide us your contact information."
This appears when I go to the Find a Broker option ON THEIR WEBSITE and search using my zip code, which is the only option available.
Though I disagree with that portion, I still consider the matter closed.  Thank you for the swift resolution.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
