According to our records, [redacted] Realty entered into a written Cooperating Broker Referral Agreement, which runs through July 2024, with Exceed LLC July 25, 2014, and our contact at their firm is [redacted].

We pay our members between $300 and $10,000 to be a member (amount determined by the value of the member home when they join our program). Homeowners pay us $0 to join our...

program, $0 to be a member, $0 if they sell their home some day using any cooperating broker they choose among our more than 5,000 cooperating broker offices across the USA, $0 if they never sell their home. No homeowner has ever been asked to pay us one penny. No homeowner has ever paid us one penny. We, as a licensed real estate broker, enter into cooperating broker referral agreements with other brokers. We are in long term agreements with more than 1,000 real estate brokerages across the United States, comprising more than 5,000 offices, and in those offices are more than 250,000 licensed real estate agents. Among our more than 1,000 contracted cooperating brokers are 70% of the 100 largest brokerages in the United States (almost all of the other 30% are in states in which we are not active).  We give our members cash benefits to spend on whatever they want to buy themselves, on average years before they sell their home! And they can keep it even if they never sell their home! When the home sells in the future, the cooperating broker pays us an industry standard referral fee. We ALWAYS put our homeowner members, our clients, first, above all else. Pursuant to [redacted] wishes, we have cancelled [redacted] registration in our program. Thank you.

our program. We, as a licensed real estate broker, enter into cooperating broker

received $from us for which he would have paid us $(he mentioned he had
just received his first check from us). Our homeowner members themselves choose which of our many outstanding cooperating
brokers they would like to work with when selling their homeThey may
change their selection any time at no cost, as often as they like,
until they enter into a listing agreement with their chosen broker to sell
their home.We ALWAYS put our homeowner members, our clients, first, above
all elseAs mentioned above, we have
never asked a homeowner to pay us one penny, and no homeowner has ever
paid us one penny. So, if [redacted] thinks it is better for him to NOT receive $
from us, for which he would pay $0, then [redacted] indeed should not be a
member of our Smart Homeowners Program (we named the program for our members).Pursuant to his wishes, we have cancelled [redacted]'s registration
in our program, and as a result, as [redacted] desires, we will not be paying [redacted]
$(for which he would have paid $0).One request please: [redacted] has stated "I believe that this is a
scam"
can he PLEASE explain how
this could possibly be a scam, when the fact is we were paying him a total of
$(he says he just got his first check), and he is paying us $0? We are that very rare occurrence of something that sounds to good to
be true, but actually isIf anyone reading this can please explain how we
could possibly be a scam, when we are paying millions of dollars to our
homeowner members, and they have paid us $0, please do so.Thank
you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

This matter has been resolved.

Mrs. [redacted], in her complaint, acknowledges that she signed an agreement, in a grocery store, which she now wants to cancel. If Mrs [redacted] returns to us the check she acknowledges that she received, which she should mail to our PO Box (the return address on the envelope in which she received the...

check) we will then cancel her registration. Thank you.

Not sure why you did not receive the reply, which was fully detailed. We have resolved the issue and received an email from Misty confirming the issue is resolved.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I have only received an email with the title "Your registration has been cancelled" from a representative named Shirley. I would prefer something more official that included my name and address and with what exactly is being canceled with a date and hopefully, signature or letterhead.  I will consider this matter closed once I get something more binding.  Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance.  Even responding directly to that e-mail requesting this, I still have not received a response so this seems to be the only avenue.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

It seems [redacted]t should send us a check for $100 to return the funds he acknowledges he received from us, and upon receipt, we will be happy to cancel his registration and not send him...

an additional $200 for which he would have paid us $0.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:First of all I did not sing any agreement with you, Do you have anything sing by me?? No. right.. I did not even know I was enrolled in that program until  received $100... that by the way as soon as you release my name from your data base I will  send it back to you. As soon as I received the $100 I asked my sister  and she explained to me that I will be only enrolled  for 5 years  that I will be free  after those 5 years and all she did was refer my name  and my email address  to you  without my knowledge so  I never sign anything to you.  Second I never received any email like this person mention telling me that I would be bound to them for the rest of my life with them, that is completely false, when I called on 6/7 and spoke with this person [redacted]" promise to send the email explaining everything and untill today I did not receive anything.Third You said I did not  call you on  6/7 , Well I spoke to Tom B[redacted] .. so  see how fake your site is when someone from your company gave me a fake name and you are denian someone spoke to me.. I can send you  my phone records from the phone company( however see attached screen shoot of my phone  showing the call ). All I want is my house and name to be remove.       I want my name and my home address to be remove from your data base as soon as you
Sincerely,

We are confused what he is complaining about. He says he signed up for the program. He says he decided he wanted to cancel his registration due to reading fall nonsense on the Internet. He emailed asking for his registration to be cancelled.  Per his request, we cancelled...

Our member services call center is open 7 days a week. We have no record of him ever calling us. Maybe his mother signed up after speaking with an independent marketer about our wonderful program for homeowners. There is NO complaint against us ever, anywhere, from anyone who spoke directly to our...

company about the program and then signed up. Any complaints result from independent third party marketers no longer representing our program. Whenever we become aware of such a complaint, we immediately resolve it, in this case, having cancelled their registration for our program.
Our wonderful program for homeowners is FREE for them to join, FREE for them to be a member, FREE if they never sell their home, and FREE if they sell their home some day using any of our more than 5,000 cooperating real estate broker offices nationwide, in which are more than 250,000 licensed real estate agents.
We pay our homeowner members between $300 and $10,000 to be a member in our program (member reward amount is determined by the value of their home).
Homeowners can only benefit from our program, and anyone who tries to suggest otherwise is simply mistaken, unaware of the facts.
No homeowner has ever been asked to pay our company one penny, and no homeowner has ever paid our company one penny.

Although it does not benefit our client, and only takes more money from our client's pocket and puts it in the pocket of the agent who will sell their home, per our client's request we have cancelled their registration in our wonderful program for homeowners, which pays our members $300 to $10,000...

each, depending on the value of their home, for which our clients pay $0. Who wins due to us cancelling our member's registration? The agent who will sell their home now. Who loses? Our client.

After speaking with company representative Tom Brown via phone conversation on 08/24/16 @12:45 PM he assured me that Exceed would release me of all contractual obligations due to the to program not being represented accurately by their contracted representative.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did receive an email stating that they have cancelled any account that I have with them.  The only thing that I do disagree with them about is brokers in my area.  Upon checking again today on their website I still receive the message "We're sorry, our program isn't available in your zip code right now. We're adding new locations all the time though. If you want us to notify you when our program is available in your area, please provide us your contact information."
This appears when I go to the Find a Broker option ON THEIR WEBSITE and search using my zip code, which is the only option available.  Though I disagree with that portion, I still consider the matter closed.  Thank you for the swift resolution.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
