To Whom it may concern,I would like to confirm that there is a "third party working on your credit”.Thank you, [redacted]

To Whom it May Concern, Yes there is a third party business working on my credit [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com: I will not accept this reply until I receive my updated credit report proving that my fraud alert telephone numbers have been updated accordingly and Experian contacts their subscriber who reported the wrong address and Experian making their subscriber prove that my name, address, date of birth, social security number matches their records for this wrong address I cannot contact whomever reported it because it is part of the fraud and I have no idea who did it and I am not going to keep going back and forth with Experian to rectify this matterI want the address that does not belong to me of [redacted] removed from my credit report as I requested it several months agoI have never lived there, I do not know anyone that lives there and it is the responsibility of the credit reporting agency to remove any information that is fraudulent and I do not appreciate the reply from Experian considering they are ignoring that this was a fraudulent address used with my name by someone and I do not know who the creditor is nor do I know who the fraudulent person is to pinpoint this and get it removedTherefore, my contacting the credit bureau requires that they remove any wrong and fraudulent information and I have never used my credit in the last years so how is this address part of my credit history when I never used it nor does any of my creditors have proof that I used it??? I want it removed because it is not part of my credit history and it is Experian's job to verify my name, address, social security number, date of birth and that their subscriber has data that proves that I used this address; which I know they will not have because I have never lived at the address I am disputing and I want it removed period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is not part of my credit history and Experian is not doing their job here in removing it when I am clearly challenging them to make their subscriber show proof that the address was used by me!!!!I want Experian to contact the creditor who provided this information and verify my name and social security number with this creditor so the creditor can see that they have the wrong person and that this is not my addressMaybe then Experian will do their jobs What is the point of credit reporting agencies being regulated by the Fair Credit Act and the FTC when in actuality they do not even adhere to the terms and guidelines outlined by the FTC nor do their acknowledge the Fair Credit Act which protects consumers from this type of miscommunicated and inaccurate information??? I do not appreciate Experian not doing their jobExperian is the one that should contact their subscriber and make that subscriber show proof of my name, social security number, date of birth, address and prove that I used this address because I never used it, nor have I ever lived there, and the worst part of it is I have not even used my credit in the last years so how can Experian say it's part of my credit history when I never used it??? Again, I will not accept the reply from Experian until Experian removes and deletes this fraudulent address from my credit records My previous address is: [redacted] in which I own the home at this address and own my condo in [redacted] and these are the only addresses I have ever had and I want the wrong and incorrect information validated by the subscriber by ExperianI cannot contact someone that I do not know, nor whomever applied using this address or the creditor or subscriber who reported it because I never applied for anything with this address and I want it removed I would have never went to all this trouble to report Experian if they would have removed the wrong address months ago when I first contacted themSomething of this nature should not be difficult to delete when a consumer is telling you clearly that it does not belong to themThis is one of the reasons why fraud begins because it is the credit reporting agencies that allows wrongful and fraudulent information to remain on your credit reports and they do not hold their subscribers accountable for reporting on the wrong person Experian, I know you are reading this --- contact your subscriber and make them verify my name, address, social security number and date of birth and then you will see that you never validated this information, and it should not be reporting! I want it removed Please do your job and stop expecting me, the consumer to do it when I never initiated this address or used it, nor do I know the creditor or the subscriber who reported it, so how can you expect me to contact them when I do not know who the heck they are?? Now please, do your job and contact your subscriber and make them show you proof that I used this address or delete it as I requested you to do because it does not belong to me and I should not have to go through all this grief for something that does not belong to me and should have been removed months ago!!! [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com:Our office recently received your correspondence of May 30, 2017, regarding the above mentioned consumer's personal credit report. We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagreesUpon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the Consumer.Judgments, Tax Liens and Bankruptcies are a matter of public recordAlthough the court where the disputed public records are filed may not report this type of data, a vendor may collect this data directly from the court's public records and supply that information to ExperianExperian does not divulge the names of our vendors as this is proprietary information and they are not the source of this public record informationExperian's method of verification for public records complies with the requirements of the Fair CreditReporting Act (FCRA).if a bankruptcy was dismissed or withdrawn, it appears on the consumer's personal credit report because every action that relates to credit may become part of the credit historySo even though the court did not allow the filing of the bankruptcy or the bankruptcy did not go through, the fact that the case was documented allows it to appear on the personal credit reportAccording to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Section 605(d) (1), if a bankruptcy is withdrawn before a final judgment "the Consumer reporting agency shall include in the report that such case was withdrawn".The bankruptcy dismissed withdrawn status will remain on the consumer's Experian credit report for seven years from the filing date. When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal Credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by lawWe contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US MailWe ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by lawWe review and Consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional informationIf, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processingIf we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information, in some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information Submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendorInvestigations can take as long as days to reach a conclusionAfter we complete our processing, we send the consumer the results. In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the Credit file with the Credit reporting agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the Credit report directly with the furnisher of the Information. If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public recordPlease refer to the original personal Credit report for the furnisher or public records office name, address, and phone number (if available)According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a national consumer credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record Source, such as a Court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed information and disclosing all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. In order to help resolve the consumer's dispute, Experian will review all relevant documents submitted by the consumer with the dispute and will forward such documents to the furnisher if Experian is unable to resolve the issue based on those documentsConsumers may also contact Creditors directly to dispute items reported by the creditorIf the issue is not resolved, then the consumer credit reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on the personal credit report.Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they
