December 15, 2016Revdex.com Serving San Diego, Orange and Imperial Counties Viewridge Ave., #200San Diego, CA [redacted] Dear Revdex.com.Our office recently received your correspondence of December 8, regarding the above mentioned consumer's personal credit report.We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagreesUpon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the Consumer.Judgments, Tax Liens and Bankruptcies are a matter of public recordAlthough the Court where the disputed public records are filed may not report this type of data, a vendor may collect this data directly from the court's public records and supply that information to Experian.When a Consumer disputes the accuracy or Completeness of information on the personal Credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by lawWe contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that Collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government officeWe ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by lawWe review and Consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional informationIf, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or Cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processingIf we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information, in some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to Contact the furnisher or the vendorAfter we complete our processing, we send the Consumer the results.In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the furnisher of the information.If the Consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to Contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public recordPlease refer to the original personal credit report for the furnisher or public records office name, address, and phone number (if available).According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a national Consumer Credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source, such as a court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed information and disclosing all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute.In order to help resolve the Consumer's dispute, Experian will review all relevant documents submitted by the Consumer with the dispute and will forward such documents to the furnisher if Experian is unable to resolve the issue based on those documentsConsumers may also contact creditors directly to dispute items reported by the creditorIf the issue is not resolved, then the Consumer credit reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on the personal credit report.Experian strives to achieve a high level of Customer service for all the Consumers they assistLet me assure you that Experian takes its Commitment to efficient, expeditious service seriouslyThank you for allowing me to assist youPlease Contact me directly if you have any questions.Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have searched high and low to find what this mystery account is that apparently has (coincidence?) the same account number (As far as I can see, although the last are X's), but even [redacted] has no infoTo my knowledge, there is no account and never has beenIf there is, I would like the account number as well as my signed agreement that I entered into the said debt so I can call them and resolve itIf you can provide that info to me I will consider the issue resolvedIf not, I expect it to be deleted as an obvious error of duplicate record Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Its funny how the same letters and faxes were sent to all credit bureaus but Experian is the only one not updating, correcting or removing information, it's like they want to go back and forth and come up with excuses why people at there location seems to be dropping the ball and even after I sent copy of my license and voters they still sent me a letter misspelling my name and they still sent my old addresses and jobs haven't worked at in over 10yrs it's so much stuff on my report that is old and no matter how ,any times I send or fax information they refuse to update me correct but all the other credit bureaus seemed to get it, understood it me updated and corrected, so if Experian continues not to update and correct after several attempts then I will pursue further action against the company] Regards, [redacted]
