Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [If Experian, specifically would have read the context of my complaint, Experian would realize how much of a contradiction of their response indicated here with this Revdex.com reportReiterating my initial and ONLY complaint regarding the illegal and willful noncompliance on the part of Experian Credit Reporting Agency per FCRA for willfully altering the date of first delinquency (DOFD) of these accountsThese accounts were SOLD to COLLECTIONS, therefore Experian's response here is false, as the accounts were not in good standingI am submitting evidence AGAIN proving my point that Experian, that these accounts went to the court of law, in [redacted] **, see attachments, as well as original submissions to the Revdex.com regarding [redacted] , senior regulatory affairs associate, consumer affairs special services PHONE [redacted] ; states in his letter, on behalf of Experian, dated 11/12/15, that only "two [redacted] accounts were reporting on Experian, as well as both accounts were on paid, never late status" (see attachmenus), as you can see from the attachment my Experian creditreport dated the SAME date (11/12/15) shows three (not two-EXPERIAN) [redacted] accounts reporting as charged offTherefore, I do not agree with MR [redacted] response i.e.., ExperianThe issue at hand is illegally reaging said accounts, and illegally publicly reporting which are supported by the original creditor the correct ***s (attachments) proving the correct last date of delinquency as over seven years agoIt is ironic that neither transunion nor equifax have any of these accounts on my current reports, it is also ironic, that I did not have to dispute with the other two credit reporting agencies over these accountsThe discrepancy and illegal reaging of the ***s is purely Experian's illegal attempt to defame my character, this is causing undue stress when I have Ll of the evidence against ExperianI will continue this fight until justice is served on my credit reportIf Experian does not correct these ***s on my Experian credit report, experian will be quaranteed I will take this as far, and as long, as legally possible to hold all entities responsible for willful noncompliance per FCRA] Regards, [redacted]
