Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The business has performed the actions indicated, and I have received refund of the overcharges I consider this complaint resolved.I would like to comment that Experian's website is not friendly at all There was no avenue to fix a simple address difference in typing that caused the problem The Customer Service phone number provided is almost entirely a computer tree, that sent me back to the website repeatedly, Following a non-related path, the person I finally spoke to was unable to help, and unable to pass me up to a manager They referred me back to the website again, and gave me the same number to call that I started out with! It is unfortunate that it took the filing of a complaint with Revdex.com to get Experian to respond.Even though the complaint is resolved satisfactorily, I am not happy with Experian I must say it is vastly easier to deal with their competitors, [redacted] and [redacted] I would not recommend Experian to anyone In closing, I would like to heartily thank Revdex.com for their assistance! This issue would never have been resolved without your help.Regards, [redacted]
