I did in fact authorize CRE Credit Services to act on my behalf in this matter and the complaint is initiated by me though filed by CRE Credit Services.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted] The information they are reporting is incorrect. Their verification method "ONLY" consists of making phone contact with "anyone" who lists something. It is not my job as the consumer to prove the information is not accurate or mine it is the responsibility of the credit reporting agency to report accurate information by making the company provide "detailed" verification to link the accounts to the person in question which can not be done by those listed in my complaint
[redacted] we don't even have this chain in my state so why the heck would I have a card from here? FRAUD 8/24 AND 9/30 [redacted] I di not authorize ANY CREDIT PULL from here FRAUD [redacted] office is not the complainant in this complaint [redacted]
[redacted]
[redacted]The complainant is [redacted] who is NO LONGER a U.S. citizen. You have to verify the validity of this with the complainant not the court. The court only enters information when it is first given which has been over 7 years ago because this date was 3/08 not 9/08. This has already been removed from both of the other agencies because they could not get in touch with [redacted] to verify it's continued validity. So unless Experian has some magical powers to find people in [redacted] to verify this then the information is reporting WRONG so delete it just as the other agencies have.

Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer. When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. Investigations can take as long as 30 days to reach a conclusion. After we complete our processing, we send the consumer the results.According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a national consumer credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source, such as a court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed information and disclosing all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. In order to help resolve the consumer's dispute, Experian will review all relevant documents submitted by the consumer with the dispute and will forward such documents to the furnisher if Experian is unable to resolve the issue based on those documents. Consumers may also contact creditors directly to dispute items reported by the creditor. If the issue is not resolved, then the consumer credit reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on thepersonal credit report. In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the furnishes of the information. If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below:
To
constitute legal validation, you’re required to provide the following documentation:Complete
payment history, the requirement of which has been established via [redacted] & Agreement that bears the
signature of the alleged debtor wherein he agreed to pay the original creditor.Letter
of sale or assignment from the original creditor to your company. (Agreement
with your client that grants you the authority to collect on this alleged
debt.) [redacted] Oct. 29, 2002) - Information relating to the purchase
of a bad debt is not proprietary or burdensome. Debtor must phrase their
request clearly to obtain: The source of a debt and the amount a bad debt buyer
paid for plaintiff's debt, how amount sought was calculated, where in issue a
list of reports to credit bureaus, and documents conferring authority on
defendant to collect debt.Intimate
knowledge of the creation of the debt by you, the collection agency.
Pursuant to FDCPA Section 809 (b), you are not allowed
to pursue any collection activity until the debt is validated. Concurrently, case law [redacted] UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF
[redacted] 2004, states the courts ruled that reporting a collection account
indeed is considered collection activity. Therefore, until you have fulfilled my
requests, by legal mandate, you’re obligated to cease & desists reporting
of this alleged debt.So in opposition to the bureau's response, the above stated federal case law denotes otherwise. Furthermore, the bureau has now committed an act of fraud in the re-insertion of those ID-theft related debts without having proper documentation to validate them; it is out of the scope of the bureaus legal authority to determine whether or not "I had or should have knowingly" had knowledge of the creation of these debts. That's why they're listed as ID-theft & under the FCRA & FDCPA, have been listed as federal crimes. Thereby making a victim of a crime, & thus, not in the least financially liable for.
