I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have asked, multiple times, for Experian to not contact me in any way possible. Since, demanding no contact, they have constantly used my personal information from my complaint to violate my privacy, use that information illegally, and contact me. 1. They have called me, using my complaint to obtain personal and private information from the Revdex.com complaint.2. They ran a credit report without my concent, using my private and personal information from the Revdex.com complaint. This is not only a violation of my privacy, it is illegal. All of this was after I requested no contact, which by their actions, they have chose to ignore.3. They sent that illegal report to my home, again using my personal and private information obtained after reading a complaint which clearly states that I want no contact.4. They refuse to even acknowledge that they are violating my privacy, have obtained and used personal information from an outside source to illegally run a credit report, all without my acknowledgement or permission to do so.5. They have broken the law, and continue to do so for their use, against my permission.I cannot accept this response because Experian continues to violate my privacy and the law.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[If Experian, specifically would have read the context of my complaint, Experian would realize how much of a contradiction of their response indicated here with this Revdex.com report. Reiterating my initial and ONLY complaint regarding the illegal and willful noncompliance on the part of Experian Credit Reporting Agency per FCRA for willfully altering the date of first delinquency (DOFD) of these accounts. These accounts were SOLD to COLLECTIONS, therefore Experian's response here is false, as the accounts were not in good standing. I am submitting evidence AGAIN proving my point that Experian, that these accounts went to the court of law, in [redacted], see attachments, as well as original submissions to the Revdex.com regarding [redacted], senior regulatory affairs associate, consumer affairs special services PHONE [redacted];  states in his letter, on behalf of Experian, dated 11/12/15, that only "two [redacted] accounts were reporting on Experian, as well as both accounts were on paid, never late status" (see attachmenus), as you can see from the attachment my Experian creditreport dated the SAME date (11/12/15) shows three (not two-EXPERIAN) [redacted] accounts reporting as charged off. Therefore, I do not agree with MR.  [redacted] response i.e.., Experian. The issue at hand is illegally reaging said accounts, and illegally publicly reporting which are supported by the original creditor the correct [redacted]s (attachments)  proving the correct last date of delinquency as over seven years ago. It is ironic that neither transunion nor equifax have any of these accounts on my current reports, it is also ironic, that I did not have to dispute with the other two credit reporting agencies over these accounts. The discrepancy and illegal reaging of the [redacted]s is purely Experian's illegal attempt to defame my character, this is causing undue stress when I have Ll of the evidence against Experian. I will continue this fight until justice is served on my credit report. If Experian  does not  correct these [redacted]s on my Experian credit report, experian will be quaranteed I will take this as far, and as long, as legally possible to hold all entities responsible for willful noncompliance per FCRA]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
After reviewing the response that seems to be a generated
letter that does not address anything in my complaint.  Again the codes on the credit score are
incorrect when compared to my credit report.
Yes it is computer generated but a human input the wrong codes.  Please address my original complaint.  Original complaint:After staying on the phone for 3 hours being transferred
from one number to the next nothing was resolved if anything it got worse.  I called to share that the “Codes” were all
incorrect especially when compared to my credit report.  Code 55: real estate balance too high.  Report
says open/never late, high balance not reported.  Code 32: balance on revolving accounts to
high.  Report says open/never late recent balances $0.  Code 43:
lack of credit history.  Report shows credit history since 1987.  Code 08:
few loans or too many loans with delinquencies.  Report
shows paid, closed/never late.  I
mention to one of the young ladies from your company that each month I pay off
my credit card that I use, then I receive a letter from Experian that that
account was deleted from my credit report and just this week received a report
that my credit score has went down because of this action.  I did not ask her to delete and account.  Please eliminate incorrect codes and put my
account back on my credit report.
