RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. First of all, I pay 9.99 dollars a month for this product, sometimes alot more, and EXPERIAN decides that my challenges are not legitimate and only EXPERIAN will decide when to investigate my claim. I DECIDE what will be investigated by Experian, not experian. I have reported Experian to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in this matter. I am a victim of fraud by [redacted] and I am a veteran unable to place a roof over my head because of what Experian places in my report. IN addition Experian REFUSES as I asked to state that I am a victim of Fraud and that the case is in litigation (in other words, Experian refuses to use certain words). I will SUE experian if they do not dispute an ITEM, as I am a paying customer especially. This is NOT my FREE annual credit report. I PAY experian for this and they still give me slack over my requests to dispute items. Equifax, on the other hand, disputes items whenever I want. In addition, I asked the VA to remove an item and properly report that I made ALL payments ON TIME, and not a complete chargeoff as the VA states on my report. EXperian needs to understand that I can be FIRED from my job because of information on my credit report, and them refusing to investigate is grounds for litigation and complaints. Also, I am constantly bounced around their call centers all over the country with extremely long hold times. From their unit in California claims they are not responsible for the dispute department, and only for the credit monitoring feature. it took me an HOUR to reach a dispute representative whom was rude and confrontational. I am cancelling my membership with Experian, and if they do not Investigate [redacted] and other matters as I ASK, as the situation is dynamic and constantly changing, I WILL file a lawsuit against Experian in this matter. The *** case is now before Maryland attorney general and the federal [redacted] for fraud (I am the plantiff). Legally, I will not legally Experian to operate in this manner, and not be able to place a roof over my head as a veteran. Regards, [redacted]
