Since I did not hear back from the company in a timely fashion, I went online to file a dispute and was given a phone number to call and talk to an actual person. I spoke with a gentleman who sorted out and fixed my credit report. within a week I should receive the repaired credit report in the mail and will know if I need to call again

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have been trying to dispute items on my credit report for months now with this credit bureauI call in and give them the same information that I provide on my dispute letter and they find my file perfectly fine with no problemThey give me the run around and make up laws that are not listed under the FCRAI have sent four dispute letters for the three accounts that I am disputingI demand them to remove the inaccurate accounts that is on my credit fileI am them to provide me in mail a physical copy of the original contract that they used to put the file on my account in the mail within daysI ask them to provide me permissible purpose and a written authorization under FCRA sections 604, 605(b), 609, I demanded that if they found the account to be valid, I request to see the original contract or promissory note with my signature binding me to the contractThey have fail to provide that on four different occasion and still report the accounts to my credit fileI asked them to stop reporting the inaccurate account to my file until the physical identification has been property physically verified by a agencyI have received four automatic generated letters from this company stating that they were unable to honor my recent request because I didn't provide sufficient identification information for them to verify my identityI provided this company my full name as it is on my license and credit reportI provided them my full address as stated on my license and credit reportI gave them my date of birth as stated on my license and credit fileI gave them my full social security number and the accounts that were in questions with the account number that was placed on my credit reportI find it deeply troubling that a company refuses to break the law and honor my requestI find it deeply troubling that this company fail to keep safe of my privacy information and just threw it someone and send out a automatic generated letter
