Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Please see attached the letter received three days ago, from ***, regarding the same complain I made with Revdex.com in AtlantaThey have complied with the law and deleted the dismissed chapter bankruptcy from my credit file. *** received the same complaint with the same provided information, (my full name, *** *** *** *** and address) yet Experian states they cannot find my record. They are requesting confidential information, when Revdex.com is very specific not to include that type of information on any responses. Experian has no right to maintain information which the government has deemed nonexistentThe FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting Act ) mentions nothing in Section 1681c relating to bankruptcy about DISMISSALS or filingsThe law clearly states from " date of adjudication '' or date of " order of relief ''In the case of the voluntary dismissed bankruptcy in my file, it was never adjudicated or relieved and therefore must be removed.
