Our office recently received your correspondence of November 5, regarding the above
mentioned consumer's personal credit report
We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagreesUpon completion
of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer
When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report
and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the
dispute as required by lawWe contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the
information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either
electronically or by US MailWe ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete
investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time
frame required by lawWe review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject
it, or follow up for additional informationIf, after processing, we find that the disputed information is
inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that
information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processingIf we do not
receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the itern as
requested or delete the information, In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant
information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be
changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendorInvestigations can take as
long as days to reach a conclusionAfter we complete our processing, we send the consumer the

Experian is absolutely INCORRECT! I pulled a new credit report today and *** credit union is still currently reportingExperian stated it's not on there but it is! *** needs to be deleted and removed off my file! *** *** stated they DO NOT REPORT TO EXPERIAN ON THIS ACCOUNT ON MY FILESo why is Experian updating and reporting an account that's not mine especially if the creditor said themselves they're not the ones reporting itBoth *** *** accounts were previously deleted the reinserted without any form of notification of reinsertionThis is against the law!! Experian needs to remove these accounts otherwise their violations will be pointed out and I will go after compensation I'm entitled to by law for damages
