My Response;I am requesting this item be removed from my credit report as allowed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act which states: CRA's may not retain negative information for an excessive period*** and *** *** have already voluntarily removed this itemFurthermore, this derogotary information came frome my abusive ex-wife which ended in divorce on January 14, She has since passed on September 1, I also beleive I qualify under the IRS Fresh Start ProgramSo I am respectfully asking Experian to remove this item from my C.R.It is also noted I had a duplicate item of the same tax return that was on my credit report for over seven yearsThis was finally removed from my credit report within the last few monthsI should not have to be punished anymoreRemoval of this item is allowed under the FCRAFurthermore, over time, negative information can no longer be reported and the time limit is usually seven years.Thanks for your time
