Re: I am not satisfied due to this is the only Credit Bureau that still has this Ch listed on my credit fileI have contacted the courts and they have confirmed that this credit agency (Experian) has not made direct contact to obtain the correct filing dateI was also advise that they do give out nor release that information to Credit AgenciesPer their response they use a vendor, third party which is hear sayAgain this Ch is now obsolete in the eyes of the law and should be removed immediately
